Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

I called after 2pm on a Monday, Best Buy installers just had been here an hour previous to install a water line and refrigerator, when they turned the main back on water was shooting out everywhere so they shut it back off. I came home from work and started calling plumbers luckily the first 3 I called couldn't come today and John at Dr Rooter 911 was super helpful and walked me through tightening things up again and bam no more leak! Outstanding service, as usual. The technician patiently explained what work he needed to do and why. He also explained how I can use my heating system more efficiently. And he cleaned up the area he worked in. My furnace will now keep my home warmer because I more clearly understand how to use it.

Luke replaced a 45 year old cast iron tub, valve, faucets etc with all new solid surface pan, shower stall walls, faucets, valve, shower and door. It was a fantastic up grade and he did it for a reasonable price.

Ron is very friendly and personable to work with. He came the same day both times when we called. Work was done fast and with pride.

Patrick investigated stain. Very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Also discussed possibility of installation of new bathroom in basement for two bedrooms.

Jim has worked on gas line and fixing showers for us. I think in lesser hands our showers would have been a total replacement rather than a repair. His gas line work went better than other plumbers who have worked on our gas line. He is a great plumber. All of the positive things people are saying are true. He's very friendly, very reasonable, and very good.
