I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Jesse was an excellent technician! He was masked, and very personable. We have an old house with a boiler, and lots of old registers. There was a leak in one of them. Jesse fixed it quickly. He also did the yearly tune up on the boiler. He did not leave a mess, as the last company did. We will definitely call All Comfort again!

Dillion was awesome! I came home from work to a partially flooded basement. I called D&D Drain Service and Dan answered and after telling him my issue said Dillion would be over in 30, which he was. He was very courteous and professional. He walked me through everything he was doing and answered all my questions. If I ever have any other issues,(which I hope I don't), but if I do I will definitely 1000% call on these gentlemen again. Thank you so much Dillion and Dan.

I scheduled for a Wed. The guy didn't show up. Called him on Fri. He forgot to come.
Rescheduled for Tues a.m. Didn't show up. He called at 2:30 P.M. Said he could be at my house in 5 minutes. Said he forgot to write it down..
I was an hour away. Told him I was getting someone else.

So I had a leaky bathroom faucet and needed a drain cap...

Scheduling went fine, plumber came and was nice. He didn't have the drain cap needed, so had to be ordered. He fixed hot water gasket that made the faucet leak. As he was walking to his van, I noticed it was leaking again. Got him back into our house, it leaked at first, then stopped. He was nice said if we had any problem with it they could fix it when they return for the cap.

It stared leaking again. I called right away and the woman said I would not be charged for them to come and fix it again. She would call me when the cap came in. Super pleasant.

Two weeks pass...

I called them back. Now there is a new woman (Amy?) who could not honor what the 1st scheduler said because she was no longer with the company. She didn't' have any records from the 1st plumber that it started leaking again. She was quite rude conveying the message. I tried to plea my case. It was clear she did not care. After all, as she said how do we know it is leaking because of the same problem? Hmmm...

2nd plumber came, different guy, still nice, and fixed the faucet (maybe another gasket?) and replaced the drain cap. It didn't leak for a day.

Interesting that the $400+ bill came really fast. Their accounting department must be good.

I got a different plumber. The faucet is fixed. 1st time. Too bad. Pertzborn helped us with a clogged drain 2 years ago and were great. I will not be using them again.

Robert was amazing to work with. Our water heater was leaking and he worked with our home warranty to get our water heater replaced quickly. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Would recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.
