It looks like this placed closed. I called the number and talked with the new business with this phone number and they said the owner Of Lichtfeld retired, last year [?]. Well, they were a great service but have apparently closed.

Called Greg to come out to a property we had just bought and he seemed to unclog the basement floor drain. It was a little pricey ($130 for which he only accepts cash or a check— which he inexplicably does not tell you when you set up the service) but he said it would be good for a year. Two months later, it started backing up again... turns out he didn’t go far enough back. When we called him to come back out, check to see what might be going on, and fix it, he said he couldn’t come back out. ... super disappointed as I had used him before at other properties and he had been great. Will not use again.

So, what you need to understand is we're on our third whole house remodel. And up until now we've done all the work ourselves. But sometimes you just NEED a professional. That's why we called in the guys from Benjamin Plumbing. What would have taken us ages they did in just about an hour. Thank you! You guys are the BEST!

I have owned a home for many years and haven't had to hire a plumber. I was nervous about shopping around for one. After receiving three different estimates, I called Robert's plumbing. They fit me in their busy schedule within just a couple days. Dominic, the plumber, was very kind and professional. He patiently answered my many questions, and finished replacing my three shut off valves in a very reasonable amount of time. I no longer have to shop for a plumber. I will be using Robert's Plumbing and Heating for my jobs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Terri came out to replace our water heater. We expected a large bill and a replacement was necessary. However Terri took the time inspected the water heater and made an assessment. He was completely honest and said that the water heater did not need to be replaced at this time. He took the time to educate me on how everything works. And adjusted the water temperature to a safe temperature for the house. Down the road we will probably need to replace the water heater. However it’s not necessary at this time. I cannot say enough how much my wife and I appreciated his time with education and honesty. There are not many companies like that today and should definitely not go unnoticed

I called around 8 am this morning and Luke W was at my door a little after 10 am. Luke immediately talked about the steps he would be taking, how I would be billed and how he'd wrap up the service call. While fixing the main issue, he discovered another one and fixed it on the spot (which saved me time and money because it would have been another service call this winter). All in all, we had amazing customer service from the call center and with Luke. I would recommend your servcies to my friends and neighbors.

I have no complaints so far about the sewer/drain work that Roto-Rooter did under the sidewalk where our house's line connects with the city's line. Only time will tell if any issues with that work will be found, but there's no reason to believe there should be any. However, they had a landscaper come out and grade the dirt and put grass seed down in the areas that were disrupted in the dig. We have prairie plants planted on both sides of the sidewalk, and clearly no grass. It shows either a lack of perception, thoughtfulness, or conscientiousness in that they either didn't notice, didn't think about it, and/or didn't bother to ask us whether we wanted grass seed put down. The same goes for the landscaper who went ahead and did the work and never checked in with us the home owners. That lack of customer service is concerning and makes me wonder about the work underground that we can't see.

When they say 24/7 on call service they mean it! Had an issue with our kitchen sink on a Saturday evening and they came out and fixed it right away.

We used this co for years with only a few scheduling glitches, but lately when we want him for a remodeling job, and easier job, he makes appointments and stands us up. 3 x in 1 1/2 weeks. Once said he called the spouse's phone and left a message, NOT.
