We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

Dan arrived the same day and fixed my clogged sink and broken faucet efficiently, professionally, and with courtesy. They don't know it yet, but I'm calling them again today to fix my tub faucet. Highly recommended!

They were great! Our service man was very nice. He was punctual too. Replacing the old water heater with a new one was very quick. They worked with our schedule.

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

I called right away this morning and a tech was at my house within 30 min. to get my furnace working again. Javier was my service technician. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. He explained the situation and possible issues, went to work, zeroed in on the problem, replaced the part and off he went in a timely manner. He also explained the Cardinal Care Club, which I enrolled in, as I am not good at remembering maintenance on anything. Thank you Javier and Cardinal Heating for the excellent response and service.

Needed a sump pump installed with a battery back-up. I needed it installed while water was pouting into the crock. I called around to several plumbing companies and it was obvious I had to choose Oliver's plumbing. Ron knew exacting how to get it done. Another company quoted lower, but Ron explained that can't do do it that way when water is rushing through. I called the other company and they confirmed it more of a cost than there quote originally.

Ron was a total pro! Answered questions and was friendly. More important he got the job done!

The plumber was at my house quick to fix the broken pipe, change the valve so the water would stop spewing in my basement. So Grateful for them!

Jim has worked on gas line and fixing showers for us. I think in lesser hands our showers would have been a total replacement rather than a repair. His gas line work went better than other plumbers who have worked on our gas line. He is a great plumber. All of the positive things people are saying are true.
