I've had work done in my house before by plumbers that didn’t hold up and I’ve had to have it redone! Once the faucet leaked all over my kitchen and ruined the floors and cabinets! The only plumber I trust to do it right the first time and not over charge me is 4 Lakes Plumbing! Steve will tell what you need and what you don't need along with the prices up front and they never charge a trip charge! I love that they are a family run company. It shows in how well they take care you. We recently had them fix our shower faucets because the house we moved into had old ones that whenever anyone turned on the water in any other faucet or flushed the toilet, the shower would go ice cold and then scalding hot in a matter of seconds. We have a family of 6 who all take showers in the morning so this was crippling our morning routine! 4 Lakes fixed it in an hour and came out as soon as my schedule allowed, first thing in the morning before work! They are awesome and I will never use any other plumber again!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

I have used Cardinal for furnace repair, furnace/AC replacement, extending the gas line for my new gas stove, and today, replacing a kitchen faucet and repairing a leaky utility sink faucet. The service personnel are professional and also give options as to how a repair might be accomplished. I have always been happy with their work . We had used All Comfort a couple of years ago to upgrade/replace or heating and air-conditioning and been very happy with the service. Over the weekend our water heater died. Not viewing it as an emergency we requested a plumber come out and give us a quote. I was Ok with the $129 service fee and the plumber arrived ahead of schedule. He looked up the estimated replacement and placed it at $4600. We were given no options of model and when I asked about hourly costs was told they do not do hourly work. I have no idea how mush they were charging for labor and the water heater but i just got a replacement scheduled with Home Depot for $2700. I can appreciate that a business will mark up the cost of parts and since I wasn't provided with options I have no idea how much the water heater itself was but $1900 difference seems excessive for a job requiring a couple of hour of work (two water lines, one gas line, and a vent line all existing so easily modifiable by a plumber). It would be helpful to offer a rough estimate without an onsite plumber. You can always bill for out of scope costs but it is extremely fustrating to have someone stop by at the cost of $129 look at the project which had already been spelled out and provide an estimate that is way out of line for the work. Thank you for your response. You need to be upfront with your service costs or at least estimated costs. If you have a set cost why do you require someone to come out and look and charge for an estimate? I looked up the 75 gallon heater mentioned and it runs $2600. That still means $2000 for a couple of hours of work. Sorry. As far as I am concerned your business is more interested in milking your customers than in providing the quality service needed. Anyone reading this shop around. You are sure to find a business that will provide you with all the promised bells and whistles for a much better price. Thankfully I can afford the $129 dollar lesson. I feel bad for those who are taken in.

Called him this morning (Monday morning) and he was here to take care of a leak from hoses/connector to my washer by noon! Extremely friendly on phone and in person! Great and quick work to solve problem. And bonus is he loves dogs!! Highly recommend.

Exceptional service and professional work! Called to have a new sink and faucet installed after new counters were put in. I called the Tuesday after Memorial Day, so they were busy. Scott answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. It turned out they had a technician in my area with some extra time due to a part needing to be ordered for another job. Jason arrived within 10 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He treated my home with respect. Had the new sink and faucet installed in under 90 minutes. He did a fabulous job. The sink was a granite one bowl and the faucet was a Delta touch20. The silicone around the sink is perfect. The cabinet under my sink has never looked so tidy. I'm beyond happy that I called these guys!

Jim is very responsive when setting up the appointment. He’s incredibly upfront and honest in his assessment and billing. He does the work quickly and with great skill. And to top it off, he’s a super friendly guy. Jim is also incredibly safe when it comes to Covid precautions. He did not step once on our floor. He laid down cloth to walk on and wore a mask at all times. Thanks Jim!!

Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure. Water heater is working amazing and finally no more old leaking one I had for years.
