I discovered my water heater was leaking, and could not remember who installed it so I phoned Robert's Plumbing and Heating since they're right in my neighborhood. I had an inspection within an hour. After having trouble dealing with the warranty on my current water heater, I called Robert's back. They were able to help me with the warranty and are coming back to replace my water heater tomorrow morning! It's my Christmas Miracle! :-)

Maurice and Eric were very professional. They kept me informed about what they were doing and made every effort not to cause an imposition. They did an excellent job of handling the checkup on our furnace and air conditioner.

I was in a bind because I couldn't clean my many aquariums without causing water to back up into the basement. I had already had two plumbing companies look at it. Madison Sewer and Drain Cleaning really came through with prompt, professional service on a Sunday, for a reasonable rate. The drain isn't backing up and I've gotten caught up on my aquarium cleaning, and we got helpful tips to prevent future back ups. Couldn't have been any better! A++++
