If you want someone to talk down to you, not listen to anything you're saying, belittle your budget and make insulting comments about things unrelated to the plumbing he was called there for, then this is the company for you. I'm not even interested in what the quote says, this company won't be getting our business.

Absolute god damn champions.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

Cardinal has been the BEST company I've experienced so far at my house. I've also used Action--they were terrible in comparison.1st call to Cardinal was in a panic with the sudden loss of AC in a 90 degree day. 5 animals in the home. The person with whom I spoke understood how dangerous of a situation this was and a service person was scheduled that day.2nd call was for electrical work--not urgent but they happened to be able to squeeze me in on the same day which was probably rare but amazing!Best parts of this experience:1. Friendly and empathic front team who got me scheduled ASAP.2. Text prior to the service person's arrival with their pic and some info to help personalize this 'stranger'3. The service people themselves--extremely competent, focused, and very personable.I only wish they serviced commercial properties so I could have them out to my business!

Chris S was our service pro, and did a great job. We had a problem with a pressure pump that led the furnace to be unable to run the diagnostics it does before each furnace firing. We could hear what sounded like the furnace trying to start, like a faintly revving engine, but then it would die down. It would actually work once in a while, but usually didn't. We of course did not know all the details until after Chris S arrived, listened to our statements, asked some questions, and checked out the furnace.We were impressed by the relatively short amount of time he was here, which included diagnosis, inspection, replacement of a part and other work. He was very good at explaining the situation, asking for our decision as to what to do, and doing over what he did afterwards.Chris S was excellent, and we were very happy with the job he did. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and we had confidence in him and his work.

We have used a number of different plumbers over the years, but it is very unlikely that we will call someone other than Oasen in the future. These people always go the extra mile, and do what they say they will do.

I've called them twice in the last 12 months. I couldn't be happier with them.

We hired John to put in new plumbing for the bathroom we are finishing in our basement. We asked him to move some of the existing plumbing to help us create more room when finishing the ceiling (which he did for an additional $75) but then he put the new plumbing in the exact spot he moved the old plumbing from! Unbelievable! What was the point of paying him the additional $75 to move the existing if he's going to just put more there? When we contacted him asking him to move it he said there wasn't enough room. (Which is not true) We would not recommend Aqua Plumbing. A very frustrating experience.

DO NOT HIRE IF YOU LIVE IN SUN PRAIRIE. He doesn't know the code or doesn't care. He didn't do the project up to code, wouldn't fix his mistake. We ended up having to hire another plumber and spend over $1,000 more on this project.

Main sewer drain was clogged. Very responsive to messages and came out the same day. Price quoted was price charged. Very happy with the service and price. I definitely recommend this company.
