He helped us build and install a new steam shower and patiently guided us through the project, connected us with other wonderful trades folks for tiling and electrical and provided us an end product that is beautiful and high quality. Quick service, fair price, and overall a very good interaction with their plumbers for a new water heater installation. They were in and out in only a couple hours which included the time to order the heater from their shop.

Live in a new home (less than a year) and was having a problem with the main drain. After calling and 2 minutes of investigating the problem was fixed. Typically don’t leave reviews but this one is needed. My plumbing problem was fixed over the phone, that’s amazing.

HIGHLY recommend Prestige for your plumbing needs. I called them due to their good reviews & location near my home when I realized I would need some reconnecting once our new sink and countertops were installed. TJ came to my home within 1 hour of that initial phone call to ensure my new sink would fit properly in the cabinet space below & that the reconfiguration of piping would work. When the counters were being installed by a different company, they had a question about how the plumbing was going to be reconfigured & where to drill hole for the air gap. I wasn’t sure so I called Prestige and spoke with Derek, who was very helpful and was able to have one of their plumbers stop by my house within 10 minutes to confirm placement with the counter company of holes to be drilled. And, they of course did a great and quick job reconnecting everything once our project was done. Thank you and keep up your great business. It’s so wonderful to know of a company you can truly rely on!

I’ve had the floor drain in my basement slow down or stop working 2 or 3 times now and I’ve called Pertzborn each time. They’ve been able to help me out within 24 hours each time and they’ve always shown up when they say they would.
They’ve also replaced some leaky shutoff valves and I had the exact same experience with that person as I did with the drain team.
I think they charge a fair price for short notice work, considering that they send two friendly people and a truck full of equipment and fix it on the first try.
I’ll call them again.

Ordered a new fridge from Costco that doesn’t have a water line connection. After having 4 different Costco guys come, the last one ended up breaking the copper water line and we had to shut off the water to our house. We called Metro Plumbing and they came out next day.

Derek was great, he was quick, knowledgeable and even gave us a couple solutions to choose from. He fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes! Would absolutely recommend Metro Plumbing and we will be calling them for any future needs.

He told us history and information about the water table/pressure in our neighborhood and was very knowledgeable when working on our older home. We had him work on two of our bathroom remodels and won't use anyone else. Jessica handles the business end of things and she's been wonderful to work with too. We are happy to support a family owned business and will continue to use them in the future. They have our full trust and backing!
