I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Had a very good experience with Joe Rushing Plumbing. The lady that took my call was nice and informed. They came out to out house which is outside the city of Lubbock and took care of our drain problem within hours of when I called. Jeff took care of our problem, I really appreciated his manner and effort. Another company was going to charge us a lot more than what our final cost was, which was very reasonable (158.50). I am really writing to say is, I want to work for your company.In1979 I had a Journeyman plumbing license and we would install A/C it was just a yellow paper license.Then THE STATE OF TEXAS mailed us plumbers a plastic license that we would hang on the button of our work shirt .I lost my license in 1996.Yet I can still install Freon lines silver solder if needed install duct vents, all size of duct grills etc. just whatever the work load is I can do it. I have a son arriving from Florida hopefully to be a part of your Armstrong Mech. team, he is a real good A/C mechanic too. I will be going by your office this Monday 2/17/2014 to apply in person you can use this review article to do a back ground check on me any time, see ya'll Monday.

Anthony, and the team did a great job for us. We had a sewage back up in our home, due to a contractor working in our alley, running fiber optic cable. They struck our sewer line in the alley, causing a blockage, making it slow, unable to drain properly. Anthony and the team provided same day service, and billed the contractor for any charges. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Prompt, fast, professional, and reliable service!

I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.
