Talk about prompt...my a/c tech arrived early, explained everything very well, showed me what needed to be replaced and had our unit back to work for a decent cost.

AC quit working on a 100+ degree day, called and set up an appt. Technician (Ron) arrived before the scheduled time to arrive. 30 minutes later the problem was solved. I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.

Bob and Sam are by far the best plumbers in the Lubbock area! They are trustworthy and always make sure to get the job done right the first time. You can always count on them to be honest with their work and always do what is best for you. If you are looking for a plumber in the area, you definitely have to give them a call! Scary service. My bathroom floor was warm. We called, he came. He stated he didn't want to crack into the slab. We said we just needed to fix it. He said they would return with supplies. They were a crew of 20 years olds that scattered like ants (one into the attic?) and, suddenly, my house had four large holes in four different rooms including an 3ft x 10ft cavern in the master bedroom and a pile of shattered sheetrock in the corner. The boys never explained what they were doing. I wasn't expecting all of this and asked if they knew anyone who could fix the walls. They said, he will. In 25 minutes they had come and gone. Suddenly, He (Jay Young) appears to check on the work, said looks good and talked about the bill. I asked about the wall repair and he wrote down a number stating Juan's pretty good. The wall repair will cost more than the plumbing rig.

I'm now left with a disaster. They cut and sealed the copper supply lines for warm water and snaked a plastic tube up into the attic and down through the other walls. Water lines laying on top of my insulation? Hey, at least it's hot water and won't freeze! If you need a faucet changed, fine, but don't hire this crew for anything more than that.

Dillon was such a professional and went out of his way to help my elderly mother. A storm was coming in and she would have been without the use of her bathroom or sinks. I explained that to Dillon over the phone since I live out of town. Even though it was below freezing outside he spent several hours on the roof trying to unclog a drainage for her. He was originally suppose to come back once it was warmer, but he on his own started to work on repairing whatever was needed. He called me and kept me informed. Once we figured out that the City needed to be involved.... he called them and then followed up with me to let me know once it was all repaired. I cannot thank Dillon enough for the care and the extra attention he gave my mother. Thank you for not making it just a job but caring for people.

Annual maintenance performed by Tim. Excellent service. Tim arrived exactly on time and performed necessary services promptly, including changing batteries for our carbon monoxide detector. We have been on the annual maintenance program for years and always receive prompt, courteous and efficient service from this fine company.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.
