We were getting bids for a new unit- thank goodness we found the most honest company! They were not the cheapest nor the highest! Not only did they assure us that we were talking to the right COMPANY. They proved it as well! From Phillis in the office, to the Installers on site and YES the owner Jay came to approve everything and to be sure we knew they will be here for us in the future! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

Jason and his helper did a 5-star job replacing a 130' sewer line. The workmanship was flawless as well as timely and they worked with the city effectively. The clean-up and trench backfill went well with no complaints. I would recommend these fellows any day knowing that they take pride in what they do and don't mind doing a days work... The price was reasonable as well...

I called for a broken garbage disoposal and they were that same day. Great workers, and very nice people. Will be using them again if I have plumbing issues again!

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Long story short, my home warranty company sucks and their preferred plumber is even worse so after 11 hours of waiting on them last Saturday, we called Sinclair directly. The technician, Mario S., was onsite within 30 minutes and got my ONE bathroom up and running within about 15 minutes. I definitely recommend Sinclair and highly recommend Mario. He's very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding.

Anthony, and the team did a great job for us. We had a sewage back up in our home, due to a contractor working in our alley, running fiber optic cable. They struck our sewer line in the alley, causing a blockage, making it slow, unable to drain properly. Anthony and the team provided same day service, and billed the contractor for any charges. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Prompt, fast, professional, and reliable service!

I had a leak in my alley just past the meter. the company sent out a plumber, helped diagnose the problem, gave me an accurate quote and then fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very professional.

My water heater warranty required a licensed plumber to install the unit. Placed a call and had Shawn from Mr. Rooter out first thing the next day, he very quickly performed an accurate estimate at less then is common for this job (learned from online research) did an amazing job and worked very quickly. Mr. Rooter will be my first call for any further work on my home. Very good experience.
