It's Texas... It's July... It's HOT! I came home at around 5:15 pm and noticed my air conditioner was no longer blowing cool air. It was 89 degrees in the house!!! I assumed that because of how busy AC folks are that I would at best have to endure the heat for at least the night if they could get me in and scheduled. I called and was told I'd get a call back which I did at aprox 5:45. The technicians said they were on their way from a job out of town and would be there at around 7. Low and behold they were there and exceedingly kind and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my unit. I appreciated the quick and professional service provided and would recommend them to anyone!

Glen was prompt to come when he said he would be there. He assessed the problem and proceeded to find the source, making suggestions about further actions. He examined the sewer system from the roof , once with the camera. He was very specific to me about what had happened to cause the back-up. Excellent job.

William with JD's is amazing! He was out to the property within a couple hours and was very understanding that I was heading from across town to meet him. I even called with a question regarding a different matter and William answered my questions. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a leak arise after a plumber installed a new water faucet. We were subsequently charged for the leak repair; when I called to inquire about additional bill for labor, I was told I'd be called back. Though I thought that would be yesterday, I heard from the company today. Additional labor charges were waived. While I'm sure the company doesn't completely agree with me regarding the applicability of the charges, I am very happy that they have accommodated me regarding my issue. All is working fine, and overall, I am quite happy with the service. This is not the first time I have used Rushing plumbing, and now knowing that they listen to customer problems, I would not hesitate using them again.

The technicians were gentlemen and I felt safe with them in my home. They did a great job! They also noticed my AC condensate drain problem and checked that, too. They are considerate, fair and nice. I will definitely use them again.
