Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. My experience with Bob and his son Sam have been really really great this is my third time they both have come and get me out of some serious plumbing problems once I called another plumbing company because I had called Bob and they were so busy he advised me to get someone else he could not get to me I had a leak under my concrete floor and the other company was talking about breaking concrete and it was going to cost a couple thousand dollars scared me I called Bob again and he and Sam made a special trip and rerouted the water and charged me a really small fraction of what the other company was going to charge me. Great company hope to never use no one else. Thank you Bob and Sam 👍🏼

not sure exactly what the service is called but I had to have my dryer vent to outside cleaned and new parts installed to hook up new dryer..called on Friday close to 1pm and a very sweet and professional lady answered the phone (forgot her name) and said someone could come out soon and look at job and give me estimate. Adolfo came out within 30 minutes and gave me estimate and said he could get parts and fix it that day. He came back with Isaiah and they got the job done AND listened to my ramblings about other issues! I will definitely use Sinclair again! Very pleased with everything and everyone!

They inspected my water leakage and arrived at the conclusion that they had no clue. Instead of actually doing their jobs and finding the source of the problem, they decided that my home warranty didn't cover actual work on their end and took the money from the warranty and left my plumbing still leaking. I had to call another plumber and let them fix it. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for any plumbing needs, and if your home warranty says they are the ones handling your plumbing repairs, you're kind of screwed.

Very pleased with their service, he was on time, got the job done in a efficient time & stuck around & double checked that the drain was cleared out & he cleaned up after himself.
