Justin comes out when he promises and is very friendly. The quality of his works is great. He has been more than happy to explain what he was doing and the work he did around my house. He also answered any questions I had.

We didn't have an emergency, but he came out the next day after I called for a quote, and scheduled the work to be done in a way that met our schedule. The resultant work looks very good and met our budgeting needs.

The gas company detected a gas leak on my property and called A-1. Mike came right out and in 2 trips figured out where the leak was. He established a temporary line to maintain service to water heater, then the next week , a crew came and tied my system back together. There were no unnecessary piping done, which saved me money.

I have never used this company before.

So I called to get the price about a clogged sink drainage pipe. The girl that answered “Angie” said there was a flat fee of $49.50.

So I said “Great, do you have any appointments tomorrow.” She said “Yes we do, I JUST NEED A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER,

WHO THE HECK DOES THAT NOW DAYS. I’m not going to give my credit card number to some company I have never used or hasn’t even preformed a service yet.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!
