Would recommend this place 10/10 for any service you are needing!! Our technician, Jerry, was not only quick and efficient at his job, but was also patient and helpful in explaining the job to me! I have had past experiences where I felt very uncomfortable with the technician, but Jerry created an atmosphere where I felt safe and as if I was hanging with an old friend all the while doing an amazing job at reconstructing our sink! We will be using Earl’s for all of our future needs and definitely recommend you do the same!!

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.

Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will never use another company. They were honest, and that is worth much more than just $.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!
Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. John has repaired plumbing problems for me in the past. He is hard working and does a great job! The office lady was very nice and rescheduled my repair for me due to a conflict I had forgotten about. Great company.

Called in with an A/C issue around 2:30pm. The crew had it diagnosed and fixed before 7:00 pm the same day, even after normal business hours. Pricing was also incredibly fair. That’s top notch service!! Thank you Dee!

These guys are great! Noone else could get me in for two days but they had a crew by to fix my ceiling leak within a few hours.

Everyone in the office was polite and easy to get ahold of. Our technician, Ed, was professional and courteous. He explained everything very well and was attentive in his work as well as having our best interest in mind as a customer. Needed a complete new 5 ton condenser and Ed got it finished in just a couple hours. Didn’t have to go days without an A/C. Great experience overall!

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.
