I had a plumbing issue and thought I would try this company. I told the tech exactly what he needed to do because I have had to get it done many times before. It was literally 15 minutes of work, max. I told the tech that I would meet him at the house in a few and he could get started. When I got to the house he was doing the work another way. We tested the line and it didn’t work. He then tried doing it his way again for a long time and it didnt work. He again was trying it from another place and I told him to stop and do it my way. 5 minutes and the line was clear. I got the bill for $395 and of course had to pay right then. All the other companies that I have used in the past was a 1 hour of labor charged for 15-20 minutes of work and that was perfectly fine with me. I had to pay for 3 hours because he was working for 3 hours doing things his way that didnt work. I want to use this company to do more work that I have planned but I think I need to move on and get a company that does not over charge me. It might be my fault by being passive, I should have just told him do it my way or leave.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Mr. Schooler with Raider Plumbing treated our master bathroom remodel plumbing needs like we were his priority customer and performed the work exactly as we discussed in our initial consultation. Very responsive to text and phone calls.

The guys were very nice young men alone with doing a good.

Had them come out to look at a heater. Staff and repairman were friendly. The repairman diagnosed the issue and temporarily fixed it. Price was incredibly high for the gentleman hitting a valve open. Probably won’t use their services again.

I will recommend Jay Young Plumbing HVAC to friends and family. Very proficient. John is very good to work with. He has the tools and talent. I will use them again for sure.

They attempted to fix our sprinkler valve in December after a hard freeze. They used the wrong fittings, and wrong size of pipe. Because of this, the work did not hold up and we ended up having to hire someone else to repair. They were unwilling to warranty the parts. Poor customer service.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

BEWARE! This is a terrible plumbing company with unbelievably high rates. They charge per service of $119 for everything that they do. If they have to run a cable through one drain...$119 dollars, if they have to run cable to another drain...another $119. That is ridiculous. I had a bathroom drain clogged and they ran cable through my house's MAIN drain, charged me for it, claimed that it was unclogged, and left. I checked the drain to my sink, toilet, and shower immediately after he left, and the water was still backed up! I called back immediately after he left, and the plumber told me if he was going to come back, that he would charge me another $119 to take out the toilet to unclog it from there! If you didn't unclog the drain in the first place and charged me for it, I consider that a scam and terrible business practice. I spoke with a manager over at Mr. Rooter and he was being extremely rude about the situation as well. He told me if the plumber was to go back out there, that they would charge again. I told him how can you charge me for a service they did not complete? He kept reiterating that they have to charge for every service that they do. I felt extremely disappointing with Mr. Rooter so I called a different plumbing company, Jay Young Plumbing. The Jay Young Plumber literally took 30 minutes to run cable through the shower vent of the bathroom and PRESTO it was done. He charged me $85 for the service and was gone. Everything works perfectly now. The bottom line is, stay far away from Mr. Rooter.
