I called JD’s at 9:41am and someone was at my door within an hour! I received a text beforehand letting me know that our service tech was on his way, which is awesome to get a heads up. Jarron was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to show me where the issue was and explained what he was going to repair. I truly appreciate how this company takes care of their veterans. I want to thank Jarron again for getting things up and running so quickly. I had a plumbing issue and thought I would try this company. I told the tech exactly what he needed to do because I have had to get it done many times before. It was literally 15 minutes of work, max. I told the tech that I would meet him at the house in a few and he could get started. When I got to the house he was doing the work another way. We tested the line and it didn’t work. He then tried doing it his way again for a long time and it didnt work. He again was trying it from another place and I told him to stop and do it my way. 5 minutes and the line was clear. I got the bill for $395 and of course had to pay right then. All the other companies that I have used in the past was a 1 hour of labor charged for 15-20 minutes of work and that was perfectly fine with me. I had to pay for 3 hours because he was working for 3 hours doing things his way that didnt work. I want to use this company to do more work that I have planned but I think I need to move on and get a company that does not over charge me. It might be my fault by being passive, I should have just told him do it my way or leave.

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! Duct Work / Adding Return; I wish there had have been better communication between the technician who assessed my issues and the team that repaired my issues. I was very clear on what repairs/tasks were to be performed but the repair team was not. Had I not been there, at the very least they would have had to make a return trip. They were not aware of at least 1 of the tasks on the docket.

This was one of the best home maintenance experiences I have ever had. Chris M was very professional and friendly. She provided suggestions for future HVAC needs but was not pushy. Will is great! He did everything he could to figure out what our issue was, and it turns out an internet company drilled fiber through our pipes. He came out at midnight to help us out since we had backflow in both of our showers, and in to our carpeted closet. He showed us the camera footage of the fiber line and explained how we can get the situation fixed. We are so grateful he came out when we discovered the issue late at night. Highly highly recommend Will & Flatland!

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.

If I could give a rating of a 0 I would. This company is NOT professional at all. The so called manager/owner was rude and unwilling to hear your concerns/story. I had trouble with my overflow drain the garage backing up. They ran a camera and found a crack in the main line out to the city. Paid $3000 for them to replace the entire line. They said that this was the cause of my problems. Asked the tech to send me pictures he took from the camera try ran and never did. A month later the exact same thing happened. I have continued to have issues with my main line backing up. Had another company come out, Sinclair, and they found that the line had been poorly done and there was a disconnect at one of the connections. Do NOT use this company. I know there are always two sides to a situation but this company is ridiculous!
