The technicians came and fixed our issue and even rescheduled due to us giving the wrong time. Beyond happy with the service as well as customer satisfaction. Definitely will be using y’all again!

Luke repaired our storm door hings that the movers had sprung. He arrived on time, is professional, has all the necessary tools with him, uses his time efficiently, and is extremely personable. He did a great job and we will definitely call him in the future and refer him to our friends and colleagues.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!
Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didn't leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. Furnace was not working. Since the unit was age of house, I was worried we would need a new unit. They were very nice and professional. We only needed a new plug for the furnace cord. I am so happy I called them. They definitely the best!

I hired Jay Young Plumbing to connect my new fridge to an existing water line. When the service technicians arrived they said it was such an easy job and were embarrassed to charge the flat service fee of $95. It took them less than 10 minutes to connect the water line to the fridge. I paid cash and kept my receipt that reflected checked for leaks. The next day the bedroom behind my kitchen wall was FLOODED with water from the leaking water line connection. I immediately called Jay Young Plumbing. The same service technician arrived and apologized for the leak and the damage it had caused. I cleaned up the mess while the technician worked on correcting their mistake. I had a flight to catch so the technician stopped the leak and instructed me to call upon my return to fix the problem. After returning, I contacted Jay Young Plumbing and they sent out a different technician who ended up running the line from my water heater via the attic to the fridge (something I was unaware that was possible). Upon his completion he handed me second invoice for $375. I informed the technician of the situation so he directly called Jay Young (owner) on speaker phone. Jay Young was extremely rude to the technician (his employee) and hung up on him. The technician asked me to sign the invoice agreeing to pay the additional $375 ( I did not). Instead I called the office directly and asked to speak to Jay Young. I attempted to give him the details of my situation, in a rude and aggressive tone Jay Young said he didn't care and hung up on me. I called the office a second time and spoke with Jay Young's wife. She informed me that her husband was having a bad day and apologized for his behavior. I later received a past due invoice in the mail. I attempted to reach out again with no solution as it was my fault that my house was old. A year later I became aware of the fact that Jay Young placed a mechanics lien on my home for $375. The title company said they had never seen a lien for such a small amount. Long story short....DO NOT contract Jay Young. Not only did they not complete such an easy job correctly, they are downright rude and unprofessional.

1-10-16 Horrific!!! Mr Rooter Lubbock- I went online requested that my lines are snaked from roof access to drop off point in alley. they sent a lazy man over who wouldn't get on roof and went to the overflow in back yard with a HAND CRANK device! of course he mentioned. The lines will AT some point need to be replaced. Yeah Yeah dude I got bridge to sell you too! I called the company while this person was in the yard hand cranking and got lip service from dispatch manager that if his guy says that's all he needs in the yard then I back him up. Bunch of crap! Right after the technician left my washing machine backed up into my dishwasher and both sides of kitchen sink and I paid $124 for NOTHING but disrespect, and waste of my time!!! I have only owned this house for 11 years so I kind of know what needs to be done. VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL when I asked for a refund for getting the shaft. Do YOU all get paid to do NOTHING??
