Duncan Heating and Air has been a true lifesaver for us amidst the scorching heat wave in West Texas. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and their communication was top-notch. We had a need to replace on of our commodes and Rushing Plumbing came out very quickly and did a wonderful job of replacing our existing commode. Well, we paid the bill and thanked them for their prompt and efficient service.
A couple of weeks later, we got a call from Rhonda Rushing and she informed us that they had inadvertently overcharged us. We received a check from them for the over charge. I like using companies that are efficient like Joe Rushing Plumbing and now they will be our go-to plumbers because they possess HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. It is nice to know there are companies out their like Joe Rushing who do the RIGHT THING.

The service that I got from the guys (and lady) at Jay Young was more than commendable! I've never had to call a plumber because I had always lived in an apartment complex so I was walking in the dark with no one to lead me. When I called Jay Young, it was like somebody turned on the sun! Setting up the service call was a breeze and I had all of my questions answered without hesitation. When the service guy arrived and got to business, it was quick and painless! It's hard to find good help nowadays, but with Jay Young I was totally surprised by such great help.

I can't thank Turner & Witt enough for always making us a priority! We came in today & our air conditioner was out at the office. The Texas heat is hot in June. They got here quickly & repaired in 10 mins. Thank you for taking care of us!
