Vessels Plumbing misdiagnosed a water leak and caused around 80% of my parents’ front landscaping to be removed because they replaced the WRONG pipe at a cost of almost $3,000! They had to call a separate plumbing company to come out and find the actual problem and fix it properly (United Plumbing). According to United Plumbing, everything Vessels did was absolutely unnecessary. When they contacted Vessels they basically said too bad and are refusing to refund them for their mistake. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!

Using a local company is always a bonus when they are as good as 502 plumbing. I made one phone call, explained the problem with my sink, and he was here the next day. The amazing response time and knowledge base that he possesses gave me the confidence that my problem would be solved. He took his time and explained what he was doing, I really appreciate the family feel and not just another service that needed to be rushed through... I will be calling him again for sure.

Technically I did not use this company because they never showed up. They were supposed to come on a Thursday between 9-12, I called and 2 hours later someone finally returned my call saying they would be out first thing the next morning. Next day comes, no one shows up so I call again, which is almost pointless because it goes straight to voicemail, left a message and when they finally returned my call I was exploring other options. I called my warranty company to send someone else out. While I was on hold with the warranty company, I checked the reviews online and am now happy I cancelled. The responses to negative reviews by this company are pretty childish and unprofessional. I look forward to mine. Apparently you have to give at least one star to leave a review so that's the only reason they are getting one

I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. After a couple of bad experiences here , I happened to see a CLMS and stopped next to me at an intersection a couple years ago and called them for a simple job. Since then, CLMS Plumbing has taken care of two bath and one kitchen remodel. This company is top notch. I had a mysterious leak under the house. With a slab. It was costing me a fortune on my water bill. Phillip and Nathan handled it like it was nothing. My old water heater spung a leak a week ago and they came out to replace the unit the next day. They were extremely professional and quick even when I gave them incorrect information about my unit by mistake.

They walked me step by step how to go about changing settings on my new water heater to make sure I knew how to go about it myself in the future.
