Kevin and Paul were on time, clean, pleasant and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the services they provided. They replaced our water heater with a tankless and replaced our well pump. We will definitely call them again!

The workers located the blockage in the pipes in the yard with a snake and a mental detector. Only minimal digging was requires because of this location process. A cleanout was installed and the basement cleanout was also cleaned.

We called Druin because our realtor recommended them. We had no connections in the septic/sewer field, so went with them. They came out to pump and inspect our septic tank and did so professionally.

During the process, they installed a new septic alarm and could not get it to function. They told me the line underground must have been cut/damaged/etc so the signal from the septic float to the alarm was not functioning. They told me they could come back to hook up a new wire, and I told them even if not underground just hide in the deck and I'll bury it later.

A few days later the alarm started going off at 3am. No, no problem with the system, the alarm was just working somehow! Unplugged it and called them and they said they'd have to get their electrician back out. After more than a month, we called our realtors to let them know the treatment (ignoring us) we had received and they tried to step in.

We got one more call from Druin, and they came and installed a new wire. The never did any other work they were supposed to do.

I called them to let them know the same thing had happened: The alarm started going off for no reason, on the NEW wire.
No response.
They were supposed to come cap a PVC pipe in our septic mound.
Never came.

We will never use or recommend this company again.

Our pipes froze & busted on New Years Day, Brian came out that night & took care of our plumbing. We later decided to have him replace our pipes with pex after another frozen pipe & feel confident our pipes won’t bust again. They are reliable & I highly recommend them! We will use them from now on with all our plumbing needs.

Had an outdoor water leak going to our barn we had been trying to dig up for 3 days. Called Scroggins and they came out same day and were honest about what they could do cost wise, which resulted in us calling a leak detection company. Located the leak and then Brian and Tim returned to fix said leak. The cost was economical and Brian, Tim, and Jessica all provided top notch service. Although I hope we don’t need them, will definitely call them back for any other waterline/leak needs.

Michael was the guy that came out. He came early. He was very polite and professional and got my job done. I would recommend this company. My water heater had leaked and it was removed and replaced. It was electric

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.
