Gudorf Jasper Ind highly recommend. My first call was ac not working on July. They were there within the hour. We knew a new system was needed before I called. They got the old one working so we didn't suffer, estimate & new system installed, unbelievable fast. House has never felt so good. 2nd call Aug. time for another update. Dennis & William did a wonderful job updating our electric. Friendly, cleaned & hauled away all the old fuse boxes. You can't beat the Gudorf friendly staff, quality of work, & best of all price!! I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. KCC did a fantastic job for me. They were professional, quick to respond, and helped me in a tough spot where my HVAC died during a freezing spell. Their prices were fair and went above and beyond. I plan to use them again in the future.

My experience with William Branch & Son Plumbing was not a good one. They came out to service a clogged bathroom sink. They did come out quickly and were courteous throughout the service (both of which I appreciate). They had a very difficult time locating and clearing the clog (took a couple of hours). This isn't bad but as they were packing up my 7-year old noticed the ceiling below the bathroom was dripping. This started a multi-hour ordeal of trying to locate what was damaged which ultimately left us with 2 large holes in the ceiling. Once the leak was addressed we were told we'd be sent a bill (no indication of how much). After a month of receiving no bill we called and were told they were still processing bills from this time period but confirmed we had no balance on the account. It wasn't until 2 months after the service that we received a bill for >$500. Caught off guard and still needing to spend a few hundred dollars to repair the holes in the ceiling, I called their office to get clarification/justification. The office manager was again very nice but referred me to a manager who was supposed to get back to me but never did. I don't see us using this company in the future.

After speaking on the phone, they gave me a rough idea of the cost. After coming out and talking to me and assessing the work, I was given an estimate. They then did the work in a very professional manner. I had all of my questions answered and am very happy that I chose Tom Sondergeld to replace my old water heater with a tankless system. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work.
