Best Repair Water Fixtures in Louisville KY

Hire them to unclog washing machine drain. They replaced drain box and connected it to drain. This did not fix the problem and they charged my mom $500. I had to undo the new drain box from the drain pipe and use a drain blaster connected to my garden hose to clean the drain. I fixed the problem myself and still out $500. Turns out we did not need a new drain box at all. I emailed a complaint and it was completely ignored. Not going to use them again.

If I have a plumbing issue, I always call Tony's Plumbing. Just over the past year, they have replaced my sink disposal and most recently, toilet guts in two bathrooms. The plumbers are great, very respectful and always willing to explain what is needed. My jobs were scheduled very quickly and I was kept well informed of the time of arrival. Great customer service from all staff!

These guys are phenomenal! They were here when they said they would be and took care of my drainage problem from my new washer! These guys are my permanent plumbing fixer uppers from now on!

We tried for close to 4 months to get a local plumber out to give an estimate on water repair. We had pressure when we turned on the faucet but it would dwindle down to nothing in a matter of seconds. We have spent over $7500 with a local company over the last 3-4 years and we couldn't even get them to return our calls. We finally found Gudorfs. Within 24 hours the owner of the company showed up to give us an estimate for water line replacement. He said he didn't think we needed new pipes. Had a tech out the following week and found it was a switch on our water softener causing the trouble.
For $179 we had our fix. They could have easily sold us all new lines under our house but didn't. We are truly thankful for Gudorfs. Will be giving them our business in the future and will recommend them to anyone of our family and friends.

Kinda dropped the ball on our project

Very transparent, timely, and knowledgeable. I had my hot water heater replaced by PlumbRight. They did a fantastic job and left behind a spotless work space.

I cannot say enough good things about Austin Mathis. We had to have him back only one business day after he was here (for a separate issue) helping install our kitchen items. We found a leak because there was a water line on our basement bathroom ceiling. He was able to assess and detect where the leak was coming from (master bath toilet upstairs which is above the basement bathroom). He repaired the crack found in our toilet flange, likely caused by a heavy toilet and possible difficulty with initial installation (by my husband). He also fixed a leaky valve under the sink which we had also noticed in the same basement bathroom. He was on time, professional, reasonable, kind, and knowledgeable. We will continue to request him with any of our plumbing needs.
