John T did a terrific job on our shower install. He and crew took out old tub and tile, rebuilt walls and flooring, replaced leaky plumbing, installed new walk-in shower, fixtures, doors and fan. John kept two crews organized over three days and saw that everything was done correctly. No time wasted. And he and all helpers were polite, accomodating and pleasant to have in our house. I recommend John T highly for all his hard and careful work.

Great experience! The plumber seemed knowledgeable, confident, explained thoroughly the situation and what he believed was going on, and resolved the issue in one visit. The plumber was also very courteous, offered to wear a mask, and wore booties inside my home. You would think this would be standard practice, but a surprising number of service people have come to our home and either argued about wearing a mask or refused to altogether. It’s nice to see service people who are sensitive to the needs of people at high risk. 10/10

Dave came out on a Friday night and provided excellent service to my boiler that was all orange flames. Bled radiators and cleaned burners . I appreciate his excellent sevice and gave my spring to do list.
