Best New Construction Plumbing Installation in Louisville KY

Parker installed a new water heater in my rental property during renovation, it lasted 18 months and stopped working. I called to have him look at it, hoping it might be under warranty. He contacted me and said it needed a new thermo coupler and gas valve, $450 cost to me, no warranty coverage. I thought that was worth a second opinion, so i contacted a different plumber. He called from the rental and i told him what parker said. He informed me that he should have replaced the thermo coupler first at the cost of $50 parts and labor to determine if the gas valve was bad before quoting it all. At any rate, he couldnt tell what the problem was because Mr parker had taken the valve, coupler, and burner assembly with him when he left. New plumber said there was no reason for him to take any parts with him, but maybe it was an accident and we just needed to get it back for diagnostics. After several threatening phone calls, my renter finally found their office (all the listed addresses are wrong) and retrieved the parts. New plumber said the good news is the gas valve is under warranty! Bad news is Mr parker broke your gas burner so you still have to spend $250 with labor. So, 1, tried to charge me $450 for a warranty repair, 2, stole my water heater parts, (thats larceny people) 3, broke the stolen part before returning it just for spite. All in all not only a crappy plumber but apparently a bad person as well.

Vessels was like one of the family by the time they finished installing our new sewer line with the cured in place pipe (CIPP) which prevented us from having our yard dug up. The job had some surprises for them and us but they came back several days in a row to make sure it was completed. They were always friendly, courteous and timely. We even had a follow up call post job to ask how things went. This local, family run business takes pride in what they do and they do it well!

The response was fast and through. Ryan did a great job. He was very kind and very good and honest.

I called this morning about having a consultation done for my garage door and I was able to be seen within a few hours. Josh was my serviceman he came with the knowledge and professionalism that all companies need. He gave me several options as to what I can do now and later to get it repaired. The technician, Nick Jones, was excellent and so was the service. Pricing was competitive. If I had to suggest one opportunity to consider for improvement it would be regarding the initial call. It wasn’t bad, and the woman who took my information was very nice. But, it sounded like it was a call center and not as personal, almost robotic as if she had no knowledge of their service but was reading something scripted with routine questions. Again, not a problem for me, but possibly an area for improvement.

Finally got around to buying a new toilet, and after it was delivered to my house, I called my 'regular' plumber to do the install, and they were backed up about 3 weeks.On a friend's recommendation, I made a call to Maeser, to see what their availability was.I kid you not, they were able to have someone over here in just a few hours! I may have just got lucky, but I took the appointment.The toilet was installed masterfully by a pro, and I appreciate his willingness to explain and justify the installation price, which was a fair amount higher than I expected.I understand the risks of pricing in a home-based service environment, but the bottom-line charge for a 90-minute standard plumbing service was a bitter pill to swallow.Overall, pleased with the quality of the work, timeliness, etc., but the 'value' is only average, given the price charged.

So many of the other plumbers won't tell you up front anything about the cost. They say, we'll come out and give you an estimate. Stay away from them.

Wolfe charges by the hour, which ends up being WAY cheaper than Greenwell or especially Summers.
