Best New Construction Home in Louisville KY
We had a water pipe rupture in our crawl space resulting in a significant leak. I contacted Parker after regular business hours and was greeted by an actual person. She contacted the on-call plumber(Eric) who arrived at our house an hour later. In addition to replacing the pipe that had failed, he also pointed out another pipe that was approaching failure. I gave him the go ahead and the job was performed efficiently and professionally. Eric was very friendly and I felt the fee charged, especially given the after hours timing, was very fair. Highly recommend.

First off Bryan Stephens was amazing to the next level. He was so polite and friendly. He also took the time to dust my refrigerator and cleaned my airhandler to Show room floor clean as he would say. Thank you Bryan for making my day. Ambassador for Tom Drexler.

In the past these guys replaced a broken spring on the garage door to my house. They did a great job. Today I had them give me an estimate to install 2 garage door openers on the doors to my shop. I was pleased with the estimate and after discussing things with my wife tonight, I will most likely have them come do the job within 2 weeks.

3 days after moving into our first home we started having plumbing problems. The first company we called left us disappointed with their lack of work integrity. After cleaning up the mess they left behind, we called Maeser for a second opinion and quote. The technicians were not only knowledgeable, but they were also extremely professional and considerate! They replaced our entire main line in the basement, added a cleanout, and fixed several other problems with the plumbing. Took them only 2 days, they took extra measures to protect our home while they worked, and cleaned up after themselves both days. On top of all this, when they provided the quote we were stunned when their price was more than $3k less than the first company who had disappointed us by leaving sewage leaking into our basement!Absolutely phenomenal experience and Maeser will be our choice for all future issues.UPDATE: It's been 4 years since we first began using Maeser's services and they continue to be phenomenal. They've repaired our AC and provided a few other maintenance services for us, all at fair pricing and with outstanding professionalism! I still highly recommend them and their service techs!

The first time I had to call them was during the ice storm after everything had melted. They were swamped (no pun intended) but squeezed me into their schedule. They said the sump pump could be a cheap fix and gave us the option to just do it on our own (didn't charge us for the visit) but they didn't know who they were dealing with and I had to call them a month later, LOL. Here I am, flooded basement again, and they were REALLY quick to get out here and fix it. I'm not sure if the cost is low/average/high for plumbing stuff, but I do know it looks so much nicer and they were so quick to fix it (my guy was Jeremiah and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes repairing the whole pipe and sump pump!) I'll always recommend them from here on out. 🙌

My sump pump in the basement was giving off an awful smell, along with bath water draining out into my backyard instead of through the sewer line. I had three different plumbing companies out to try and figure out what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. Each one told me what they thought it might be, but couldn't give me a definitive answer. My neighbor recommended I call Tom Sondergeld plumbing. Tom came out and was able to diagnose the problem, as well as give me a price for the job right then and there. Two weeks later, two of his employees came out to my house and were able to fix it. The issue was a cracked cast iron pipe below the basement floor. One plumbing company told me I'd have to have all the plumbing re-ran and would be somewhere in the range of $2-$3000. That wasn't even the issue, and after it was all said and done it cost me less than $900. I am very impressed with this company, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
