I am very happy to have found Parker Plumbing. They have done several jobs and are there in emergency and fair pricing. There was a mixup on my end on payment and they were patient about it. Tim Parker and Nate Parker are professional and real!

Kevin Cole was a great Plummer , he fixed our sink in a jiffy . Now I’m able to use my sink without it getting clogged anymore .

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours.

Cost was reasonable, great service and they’re local which is another plus.

We have used Tom Drexler twice, once for a new hot water heater and once for a new furnace. They are fast, polite, and take the time to go through every option thoroughly in a low pressure way. We have been beyond pleased with their service both times and with their maintenance plan, which caught a potential carbon manoxide leak that could have been hazardous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

Not any good never showed up or called me to let me know they weren't coming.

I called PlumbRight, Tom Drexler, and Mr Rooter for an estimate...and PlumbRight is the only one I will do business with after their consultation. The service man was polite and professional. Of the 3, he is the only one that didn't just guess at what the problem could be. He took the time to inspect the problem (which was a clogged exterior drain) during the estimate, by running a wet/dry vac to see what debris might be trapped. He then poured water back into the drain to see how quickly it would back up. Whatever he did actually fixed the problem and everything drains properly now. He wrote it up as an estimate and gave his suggestion of work needing to be done to prevent it from happening again. The other companies wanted to charge me from $99 to 200 just to try with no guarantees of success.

If I could give Blackburn & Davis a 0 star rating I would... let me start off by saying, that I'd never been straight-up *kicked out* of an office until today. The condo association of my building unfortunately depends on Blackburn, and I had recently called them about our drip pan in our a/c unit overflowing - supposedly, the problem was coming from the lines to our building's chiller, which Blackburn denied. They looked under a couple'a ceiling tiles, took a few pictures, and left without actually doing or even touching anything.

A day ago, I received a xerox copy of the bill from the condo association, marked that the bill was 'Past Due' (this was the only communication from them I had even received), and the bill total came out to $114 - $94 being a Labor charge... for labor that was actually not even done.

Needless to say, I was livid over a bogus charge for a guy to come in and take pictures and leave, so I attempted TODAY to go to Blackburn & Davis' office on Frankfort Ave to negotiate the matter. The older gentleman there, wouldn't even hear me out - nor even let me speak - as he kept interrupting me, then abruptly, he opened the office door leading out onto the street, and told me to get my a** out of his office; he also said, Don't you EVER call us again!, then called me a son of a b**ch as a I walked out.

Such an unprofessional attitude, an unwillingness to hear customers out, and a VERY shady practice... DON'T deal with Blackburn & Davis ever! They'll scam you by cutting corners (or,, by not actually even doing any work), then they'll charge outlandish fees for their sucky service. Good Riddance, B&D.

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.
The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.
The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.

He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, which made it so much easier to understand.
