Parker Plumbing was at my house on Thursday afternoon. Saturday night I had emergency gas crews at my house due to the gas leak caused directly from the plumber not installing a part (thermocouple) properly (did not use tape and tried to cover it with putty). And then on Sunday yet another gas leak from the second part (control valve) he had replaced and again, didn’t install properly (no tape again and didn’t even try to putty this one) I’m 8 months pregnant and my room is just feet away from the water heater that leaked for 3 days. Not only did we have to evacuate our home until the gas crew could evaluate but I now have the concern for the next 6 weeks of any damage caused to my unborn child. This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

UPDATE: clearly this guy can not read. When did I say LGE was out here again? I didn’t. I said there was another leak. My husband stopped this one himself. I’ll upload the picture if you need it. I have no reason to make this up. But clearly you can see for yourself from this response the lack of respect they have for ANYONE. I did not take the time out of my life to makeup any of this. I reported exactly what was happened and EXACTLY what the gas crew told us and showed my husband. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here and on BBB speak for themselves!

I had a small leak in one of my pipes. Jordan came out and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was wonderful. Fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you Jordan!

Dylan came and accessed the situation and determined the problem and we were able to restore function to the AC unit.

We called about a clogged drain and a slow flushing toilet on Monday and were able to get service the next day. The lady we talked to on the phone was friendly and helpful, she even called Tuesday with updates on when to expect them. Mike and Paul fixed both problems much more quickly than we had expected it to take, they made sure everything was working perfectly and left absolutely no mess, they were respectful of our property, professional, and friendly. As they were leaving I mentioned getting rid of an old gas grill on our patio and to save us another service call they capped the gas line for us before they left. We even got a senior's discount! If you need a plumber I don't think you could do any better than Tony's.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

I was quote the wrong price. They didn't show up for the first appointment. Will not use their services in the future.

We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.

I have used their services multiple times and each time they have went above and beyond to actually take care of whatever issues that I had. The owner was polite and understanding and was even willing to do the dirty work......cause sometime plumbers have to deal with the dirty work. I was actually recommended their services thru Mt. Washington city and sewer and they made a great recommendation

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.
The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.
The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.

Prompt and courteous service. The area was left tidy. The representative did not waste any time. We'd use them again.

Came right away. Found leak. Called flag people. As soon as safe to dig they repaired. Very satisfied.

Called Maeser on a Saturday afternoon and had a plumber at my house within 2 hrs. The plumber Jeremy Winter was professional and listened to my concern/problem. He was able to fix my current problem but also gave me his opinion about a sewer line issue I was told by my last plumber was a big problem. Turns out it might not be such a problem after all. Great service great job highly recommend
