Parker installed a new water heater in my rental property during renovation, it lasted 18 months and stopped working. I called to have him look at it, hoping it might be under warranty. He contacted me and said it needed a new thermo coupler and gas valve, $450 cost to me, no warranty coverage. I thought that was worth a second opinion, so i contacted a different plumber. He called from the rental and i told him what parker said. He informed me that he should have replaced the thermo coupler first at the cost of $50 parts and labor to determine if the gas valve was bad before quoting it all. At any rate, he couldnt tell what the problem was because Mr parker had taken the valve, coupler, and burner assembly with him when he left. New plumber said there was no reason for him to take any parts with him, but maybe it was an accident and we just needed to get it back for diagnostics. After several threatening phone calls, my renter finally found their office (all the listed addresses are wrong) and retrieved the parts. New plumber said the good news is the gas valve is under warranty! Bad news is Mr parker broke your gas burner so you still have to spend $250 with labor. So, 1, tried to charge me $450 for a warranty repair, 2, stole my water heater parts, (thats larceny people) 3, broke the stolen part before returning it just for spite. All in all not only a crappy plumber but apparently a bad person as well.

We had a tankless water heater installed. It was a big job and required some extra attention. The team was great from start to finish! The quote was quick and reasonably priced, everyone was very professional, so nice, early, and worked so hard to make everything not only work well, but look good too. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Jerry was down to earth and helped my family and I feel confident they could fix the situation. In just a half hour they had finished with their work and everything is good to go. I think the price was pretty good for what they did as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area needing assistance with their plumbing issues.

Called Maeser on a Saturday afternoon and had a plumber at my house within 2 hrs. The plumber Jeremy Winter was professional and listened to my concern/problem. He was able to fix my current problem but also gave me his opinion about a sewer line issue I was told by my last plumber was a big problem. Turns out it might not be such a problem after all. We had an issue with our A/C that was under warranty. Samuel, the technician was professional, worked to rectify the issue, and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. You aren’t going to believe this: during the night of the great louisville flood of 2018, at 2200 Saturday night, sewage started back flowing through my washer discharge pipe, which ties in to my sewer line, flooding my basemen with ultimately 10 inches of water .My wife called and left messages with at least 8 “24 hour” plumbers with no luck (only one has since returned her message). Anyway, at 0330 sunday morning, I see this plumber down the street a ways working on a neighbors house. Desperate for any help, I approached Mr Scroggins and asked if he could help me at all. Even at 0330 he was so pleasant and friendly and helpful. He eventually was able to stop the flooding. And he only wanted a very low price for this service- we were prepared to pay anything, and he had me over a barrel and he knew it, and he kept it at his normal rate. I would recommend this guy to anyone. He is clean cut, presents a professional demeanor and appearance, is articulate and kind. I will never give anyone else this highest of reviews again after what this guy did. Afterwards, he even provided me with a direct line to a reasonable “home-damage repair” guy. AMAZED!

Had an outdoor water leak going to our barn we had been trying to dig up for 3 days. Called Scroggins and they came out same day and were honest about what they could do cost wise, which resulted in us calling a leak detection company. Located the leak and then Brian and Tim returned to fix said leak. The cost was economical and Brian, Tim, and Jessica all provided top notch service. Although I hope we don’t need them, will definitely call them back for any other waterline/leak needs.
