Poor customer service. Son Nate is not even a licensed plumber. and he messed up the installation of my water heater and caused more flooding.

Had a leak in our ceiling in my garage from a bursted pipe. I called and they were there fast. Logan was a pro, helped educate what he was doing and answered all my silly naive questions. Great service.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

Plumbing truck sat in our very small neighborhood at a stop sign for over an hour with no work at any of our houses! Very strange and seemed highly shady! I would be cautious with this company something doesn’t add up. No reason to block the street and be in a residential area with no active jobs.
