We had a water leak. Nicholas, our repairman, was great about identifying and fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company. If you can request who comes out, I would request Nicholas. After my traumatic experience attempting to get my hot water fixed by a few other plumbing companies, to no avail. I was put in contact with St. Matthews Plumbing. They came out the next business day to inspect and were back to install the new heater just days later. The tech, Josh, arrived on time and always called me when he was on his way. He spent the better part of a day installing the new heater and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving. He even came back a few days later to install a better ventilation pipe since the Water Heater company sent him the wrong piece. Josh was polite and informative and got the job taken care of.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

The techs of New Circle are excellent; well versed in their professions. We have called them to repair different issues in our newly acquired home ranging from plumbing to electrical to the heating and AC, and have been very pleased by their punctuality and ability to address and repair our problems.

They tell you upfront they charge a service call fee which I am fine with as it applies towards your total what they don't tell you is their fees are 3-4 times that of any other plumber so basically you either pay the fee and say adios or pay the fee and let them do the job at an outrageous price. Not sure they really know wth they are doing tbh. Just call another plumber and save yourself
