I have had to call Tony's Plumbing twice this week and they were fantastic both times. First they came out the same day that I called which was so helpful. Mike and Chad were friendly and honest. They were able to fix two drain clogs, one of which another company couldn't figure out what was wrong. The second time, they came out and replaced our water heater. They explained all the work they did to me so that I would understand what they had done and what to keep an eye on next time for any clog issues in the future. The prices were reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using them again in the future when needed.

Butch came out and fixed a leaky pipe and our main in our crawl space. Great work, super fast and totally affordable! Other companies wanted over 2x as much as he charged us!! We will definitely use these guys again!

Upon encountering a garage door emergency, I initially reached out to the company that had installed the door and serviced it in the past. They could not get out to my residence until four (4) days later! I remembered Absolute from a past service.From the person who took the the call, to the completed job, service was exceptional. I also appreciated his patient manner as I ask many questions.I purchased one of their home warranty service plans as I needed some of those services too. The most influential reason was due to the above mentioned qualities. Many places to choose from to do business with. Important to me, that it be done with a company that has demonstrated exceptional customer service across the board. Absolute did that.

Blackburn and Davis was recommended to us when our steam shower stopped working. They went above in beyond from start to finish - properly diagnosing the problem, working with the manufacturer’s warranty department to receive a replacement part, and installing the new piece. We did not even realize it was under warranty and really appreciate the extra effort they put into it.
So, when we needed a plumber for our water heater we again contacted Blackburn and Davis. They were again polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They promptly and correctly diagnosed the problem and performed the necessary repairs. I appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions while they were here.
We would absolutely recommend Blackburn and Davis without reservation.

Technically I did not use this company because they never showed up. They were supposed to come on a Thursday between 9-12, I called and 2 hours later someone finally returned my call saying they would be out first thing the next morning. Next day comes, no one shows up so I call again, which is almost pointless because it goes straight to voicemail, left a message and when they finally returned my call I was exploring other options. I called my warranty company to send someone else out. While I was on hold with the warranty company, I checked the reviews online and am now happy I cancelled. The responses to negative reviews by this company are pretty childish and unprofessional. I look forward to mine. Apparently you have to give at least one star to leave a review so that's the only reason they are getting one

Matt was kind and helpful. He followed Covid precautions and took his time to fix our problem and explain to us exactly what was wrong. We will be calling United again.
