He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered me two options, and proceeded to work. No mess. None. Zippo. Halfway through the install, he needed two parts. He let me know, let me know how long he would be gone, returned on time, and buttoned up the job. Wow! I continue to love Drexler, and will continue to use them. Thank you, Brad! Kentuckiana Plumbing gave me a great price on a gas line installation I needed. Everyone else was overpriced and anyone under his price didn't seem competent to me. He showed up when he said, was here about as long as he said and got the job done perfectly and most importantly, safely. I will use Kentuckiana plumbing in the future when I need a plumber.

Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

I can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with at Venhoff. We had a very large project and they were so helpful in getting the work done extremely well at the lowest price. From Mr. Venhoff who did the estimate himself, the office manager, and the 2 gentlemen who did the actual work at our house, we could not have asked for more professional work. Thank you!

Technician diagnosed problem with garage door quickly and gave several options and costs for repairs upfront. Service was done as described. Opted for complete overhaul of garage door mechanics with a lifetime warranty. No more worries about garage door failing.

After what I thought was a simple tub draining issue, I called plumbright to come out and take a look. They stopped by in between jobs to look at my issue. My issue was more than a clogged drain and the plumber that came out showed me the visible problem under the house and low and behold he just so happened to see another problem that I didn’t even know about. He showed me that issue as well. With going out of town with in 48 hours of having this issue, the guys came out the next day and completely took care of my plumbing issues. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend plumbright. They’re price was more than fair and I am extremely satisfied. Thanks guys.
