John T did a terrific job on our shower install. He and crew took out old tub and tile, rebuilt walls and flooring, replaced leaky plumbing, installed new walk-in shower, fixtures, doors and fan. John kept two crews organized over three days and saw that everything was done correctly. No time wasted. And he and all helpers were polite, accomodating and pleasant to have in our house. I recommend John T highly for all his hard and careful work.

Electrician, Timothy Carrier, did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He should be a manager if he is not already. He is a gem.

Anthony came out and gave my pipes a look over, found the leak in no time. Gave us plenty of advice and tips on how these things happen over time. Had plenty of info for updating our current setup for in the future and had us back going in no time!

I could not have been happier with Logan’s work throughout the entire process. He was punctual, had no issue with wearing a mask indoors, and provided a clear resolution from the first walkthrough. Upon his return, he and his teammate were professional and prompt, and the work appeared to have been done well. After completion they seemed happy to answer any questions that I had and confirmed my satisfaction before leaving. I will recommend United highly in the future!

I can finally sleep at night. Had a disconnected basement toilet that took in ground water whenever the ground water table rose. Required constant monitoring and vacing out whenever heavy rains occurred. I called Rotor Rooter in the morning and Paul was at my house within a few hours. Paul was absolutely the greatest. He took care of our long standing water problem quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. We will definitely be calling Rotor Rooter / Paul for all our future plumbing needs.
