In addition, he did some troubleshooting on the gas logs in our fireplace which we had been unable to use since the end of December. He discovered that the pilot light switch needed a battery replaced and he replaced it for us. He went over and above. Thanks.

Extremely rude customer service. Complained about how many times I called 3 times ( have been trying to get them to come to my clogged sewer line) and lied about it and said I called 6 times. If they give you an estimate it’s supposed to be good for 6 weeks but they can change it at the last second and up-charge you. Also kept interrupting me and didn’t let me talk about my problem and also lied about MULTIPLE other things.

I had a toilet that constantly ran. He was able to replace the 0 ring but the problem was not yet resolved. He spent time and continued to diagnose the issue and realized that the ring was not sitting properly and once adjusted, the problem was fixed. He was professional, and willing to take the extra time to analyze the issue. I appreciated his diligence, tenacity and sense of humor. Thanks Ezra!

Yay I got hot water!!
I never realized how important hot water was until My hot water heater went out over the weekend. My landlord called this company they came out first thing this morning and looked at it. The guys said I needed a new water heater so they replaced the old one quickly. The two guys that came out were very kind, friendly, polite, and most important they were very quick and professional.Thank you two so much for cleaning the two year old water out of the bottom piece.
