He was also On time, extremely professional and courteous.

Their technicians were great. I meet a total of 4 2 for the diagnosis and 2 for the hot water heater replacement. I believe their names were Nate Josh Brad, and Jeremy? Either way I hope someone at their company recognizes them for a job well done.

I had a situation where water was collecting around the bottom of my toilet. United Plumbing sent Dylan out to service it. Dylan is very polite and respectful. He quickly assessed and repaired the problem. Cleaned up the mess and he was done in about 20 minutes. I asked him if I needed them again could I specifically request him, and he told me yes. I will definitely use United Plumbing again and I will request Dylan!

Upon completion of my call for service, I was told I was have a tech here in the morning. An email verification would have made all the difference in the world, assuring the approximate arrival time of the tech. I could have been wrong with the arrival time, but, again, the email would have straightened that out. Please offer an email confirmation for all appointments, as waking up very early when working very late is a major inconvenience when it wasn't necessary. The tech listened to everything about my issues with the a/c and had it repaired in no time at all. I will continue to use Summers for all of my repairs and maintenance, but I will request all appointments be confirmed via email.

Wonderful experience, Mike came out and worked so hard to get the job done. I called on Monday and Tuesday morning they had someone here fixing our issues. Mike explained everything thoroughly, he was very patient and answered all the questions I had. And after the work was complete he explained everything In detail which was so helpful. I found Brian online when the plumber my landlord recommended didn't answer his phone on a Sunday. Brian came out the same day, was quick, and efficient. He even recommended some minor work which would prevent corrosion in the future.

I have water damage from a previous/slow leak that I need fixed. The guy that came out to do the inspection for the leak show up right at the end of the time frame I was given for his arrival. When I showed him where water had been leaking all he did was run the water to see if it was actively leaking, which it isn't, and just told me it was fine. I showed him where the subfloor and wall had water damage as well which he just glanced at and didn't even consider it part of the issue. The work was extremely unprofessional compared to other plumbers that I've had come out and look at the issue. So I had to pay $79 for less than 10 minuets of someone hardly looking at what I have going on. Absolute waste of money.
