Carrie from Parker Plumbing contacted me late Friday(1/24/20) through my home warranty company. She advised me they would be out Monday morning to take a look at my water heater. Due to all the water leaking out the bottom, I advised her that I knew it needed to be replaced. Since it was through my home warranty company a technician still needed to verify that the water heater needed to be replaced. My family had been without hot water for 2 days but Carrie guaranteed they would be able to replace my hot water heater the same day. I was a little skeptical at first but Nate and Aidan arrived Monday(1/27/20), confirmed that a new water heater was needed and replaced the same day just as Carrie guaranteed. From the time they pulled up at my house until the time they left it was a little under 2 hours to complete. Thank you Parker Plumbing we now have hot water again!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Davis & Davis replaced my waterline in September. Water was standing in my yard 2 weeks later. They sent someone out to check the meter & it was confirmed the standing water was from a leak in the new water line.
It then took 2 more weeks for them to send someone out to repair. I was told by them a connector was bent when they were putting the dirt back in place. I have called them numerous times since early November to come out to repair my yard. I still have mounds of dirt with tubes, sticking out that were left for the plumbing inspection , I was told early November it would be 2 weeks before they could come out, to put everything back in place. 7 weeks & many calls later I am still waiting. You can save yourself a lot of aggravation by going elsewhere.

Emergency drain clog was cleared on Sunday morning with no overtime or additional charges. Technician was thorough in unclogging sewer pipe and explained good maintenance and upkeep. Service includes one additional services call if problem ever recurs on the same drain pipe.

The fast response and reasonable prices are worth the journey alone

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.

These gentlemen were Timely, thorough and fair priced. I was very happy with their service. They inspected my furnace and water heater and found some things wrong with it and fixed some and advised me on how to fix others things. Came out the same day. Good work guys! The lady on the phone was also great.

Service man Mitch was extremely nice, he went out of his way to be helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone.
