Jimmy Shanks from Greenwell Plumbing replaced my sewer line from the house to the road, and replaced my water line from the house to the meter. Jimmy did a great job, communicated well with me during the process, and was thorough. He left my yard in as good a shape as possible after all the digging, and cleaned up the sidewalk and the street. During the course of his work, he needed to remove my mailbox to repair the sewer line. He re-installed the mailbox before he left. We're super happy with his work.

Update - they replaced the existing duct work in my laundry room and did a great job. I am VERY pleased with the results.I had them come to give me a quote to replace some duct work. That hasn't been scheduled yet, but while the tech for the duct work was here I asked about the exterior faucet for the hose. They sent one of their plumbing guys out and had it fixed very quickly. So far, would definitely recommend!!

Excellent, excellent customer service. We first met this company through our American Home Shield insurance when our water heater died. They replaced that as soon as possible, and educated us on our options. Since then we've had them come out to do a few more projects. The company owner has been to each job to check the work. They are efficient, on time and reasonably priced.

Nathan did an excellent job. He was very professional and worked carefully to complete the faucet install. We would recommend Parker Plumbing.

Not thrilled with the office support. Dealing with the company for 2months and the issue was not fixed. The service men were awesome, very polite and willing to work overtime to resolve the problem. The office made them leave because they had to move on to the next appointment. When I called the office to ask if the guys could just finish the job, the manager said, sorry, I have customers who don't have water, we will just send another team out to you tomorrow. As if my appointment was not a priority. The 3rd set of workers came out, capped some pipes and issue still isnt resolved. I paid the bill and ended my business relationship. Again, the service guys were AMAZING!! My isssue was solely with the office staff. Good luck.

Just lazy !

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.

Unclogged kitchen sink on Memorial Day weekend… came earlier than expected which was good since having family over. fixed problem in no time! And very nice young man!
