Customer for years. I have been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered to repair my AC and have had no contact from Maeser. Everytime I call, a person from dispatch states that they will have a Robin call me, but I have never received a call from her or anyone in regards to the status of my AC repair.I have used Maeser for years and their Plumbing folks are top notch! I am very frustrated as I have always had great service from the plumbing side of Maeser. If you say you are going to call... Follow up and call. That is basic customer service 101.

Kolton Clark tuned up our furnace. He pointed out several concerns due to the age of the unit. We discussed the options of correcting the problems vs a new system. He was very friendly and personable. His knowledge and presentation was very impressive. He answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.
