Eric came to do a tune-up on both furnaces and both A/C units. He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was pleasant and courteous. He explained what he was doing and even when he thought there was a leak, he used his gauges to make sure and then found there was no leak. I know some may try to convince you of issues that aren't there. He didn't try to upcharge or do anything to make me feel like he was anything other than a very honest and reliable technician. I will definitely continue to use Summers and recommend them to others.

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!

I paid $3,100 for them to come take out the flooring/old shower and bath and put in new subfloor as well as a new bath shower combo in one of my bathrooms.

I had another contractor come out and do the tile work, he was working a commercial job on a hotel in Etown so it took about 5 weeks for him to get around to tiling my bathroom.

The guy at Austin Bryan told me to just give them a call once the tile work was finished and they would come back out to hook my toilet and sink back up and paint the bathroom.

As soon as the tile guy finished I called Austin bryan to set up a time to get the job finished (I had already paid them in full).
It took about a week to get a call back. I realize they’re busy and it could have taken several weeks to get someone out to finish the job, I was fine with that and wasn’t in a huge rush.

However the person they ended up sending stood me up 4 or 5 times (I have all the texts still). I took multiple days off work and cancelled plans with a friend to sit around on multiple occasions just to be stood up, no call, no show. The first texts from the person who was sent out were on August 8th. Saying he would be at my house to paint. The only things needing done in my very small bathroom were the walls sanded and painted, toilet hooked up, sink hooked up and caulking around the shower/tub. Several hours of work at most. This went on until August 24th. So a few hours of work took 16 days and the job wasn’t even completed.

Finally after weeks of going back and forth the bathroom was painted (poorly, I had to go back and sand areas of the wall down and repaint), the toilet was hooked up however a piece was missing for the sink. I thought the guy left to get the missing piece but he never came back. No calls, texts, nothing.
I had to hire another plumber to come out and hook the sink up as I didn’t want to risk missing more work to sit around for someone to no call/no show multiple times.

Couldn’t have asked for better service! The team at Highland Plumbing answered my call and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs!

I needed a company to replace my washing machine cold water valve. Most companies quoted me WAY to high. Stemler gave me a good quote. Was supposed to come between 1-3 and got a call at 10 am that they were ahead of schedule and asked if I wanted an earlier time, I said yes. Plumber got here about 20 minutes later. He was nice and professional, he was respectful and even cleaned up after himself and put my washer and dryer back to where they were. Best plumber I have ever dealt with. Also final amount was a little under what I was quoted (by 5 dollars), which I appreciated. If you need a plumber call this company.

Water line leak. Called TSP and they scheduled me immediately. MSD and LGE wanted them to wait another five days but TSP came anyway. They located the leak, dug to China with as little lawn disturbance as possible, repaired the line and kept me informed the whole time. Very professional. Mike Pich was the plumber on site. Good man.

Bryan was very professional and took all precautions needed to make me feel safe during visit. He responded within hours of my call and was out working my very quickly.
