When we called Davis to come take a look at it, the first thing they said was, Oh, that's going to be a voided warranty. We removed the water knob to try and get the water to stop spewing out all over the place without having to shut the water off to the house. Apparently, that was enough to void a warranty because they refused to fix the problem even though it was apparent that they had damaged the valve and cartridge during installation. The valve looked like a reused valve, and was bent to hell, as was the cartridge. After being told by the owner, Kevin Davis, several times that I was the one who damaged the valve, it became clear that he was not going to take any responsibility for the terrible work his plumbers had done to fix our brand new shower that we had just payed thousands for only six months prior. Poor business!

I would highly recommend using these guys, there were on-time and incredibly professional. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
