With no warning on a Sunday night my entire plumbing system was backed up. I called Maeser and John Druin, technician, arrived- working until midnight to diagnose the issue. . . which needed follow up on Monday. He was relentless. Monday morning Brian Alvey arrived and by noon my home was functioning perfectly. He too was professional and I understood the entire process and cost. I have used Maeser over the years for many issues, never for an emergency. I am in awe that they responded to my home as if I were the only customer they had. Forever grateful to the team!!

A few weeks ago, I had an unsatisfactory dishwasher installation completed by Home Depot. The dishwasher was inappropriately mounted, the plate concealing the undercarriage of the appliance had fallen off, and the underside of the sink was a mess. To say the least, I was unsatisfied with the experience.

Yesterday, I texted the owner of Good Plumbing. Within the hour I had a response. I indicated my availability for the coming week, and we worked out to where he could send out a technician to my house, for the time that worked best for me. The owner told me that they would be there within a three hour window, and would give me a half hour call ahead before arriving. I very much appreciated this aspect of the service, as my time is my most valuable resource. Communication is everything.

The next morning, a little after 10:30, Good Plumbing called, and told me they were on their way. I arrived at my condo, and they showed up immediately afterwards.

Regarding the actual service, Good Plumbing was only in my condo for 45 minutes. They listened to my concerns, and promptly addressed the issue. When they left, my condo was just as clean as before they arrived. Amazing.

To sum up the company with the most fitting name, Good Plumbing was on time, ultra-responsive, super communicative, kind, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I know I will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Best plumbing service in the Louisville/Indiana area. Had a leak that flooded our whole basement coming from a sump pump that had been tripped off. He reset the pump and we were able to drain the water out. Later, the pump had failed and the water had came back but deeper. He came back out and installed a new sump pump and drained all the water out. This was the only plumbing service that we could ever get ahold of in an emergency that was willing to show up, and they actually knew what they were doing. All of our things could have been ruined had we not called them.

I would not suggest no one to use Roto Rooter. The first day they came out to my house to unclog my main valve during outside of my house the machine broke down. So they were unable to unclog my main waste valve outside so they sent someone out the next day. The next day they sent two guys which neither one of them were able to unclog my drain either. They left my house with my money and I still had a clogged drain I was told that I had a major problem and needed to have my yard dug up and it would cost me $2,500. I was told that they could not get the drain unclogged and that they did not want to waste any more time on and it and it was getting late and if they did they would have to charge me more. So I was upset my husband was upset we have gave them money and our drain was still clogged. We end up calling another company that night they came out the next day and in those guys unclog my drain with in an 1hour seems as if to me those guys they sent that from Roto-Rooter just didn't want to spend the time on trying to get my drain unclogged but they took my money without even finishing the job very unprofessional. My husband has been trying to call and get in contact with their manager he has been avoiding my husband's calls for the last 3 days bad business.

JB came out to fix an extensive electrical problem I had been having, he gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. He explained what was the problem.
He fixed the problem on time, and on budget.
He work was neat, and professional. Frankly I don’t know how he made it look so easy.
Had another company out they didn’t even know what was wrong.

How to change out our water heater Anthony did a fast and thorough work , had to drive all the way to Quinn, to get the correct replacement.

Terrible company...day before a 3 day holiday and they were suppose to be here between noon and 4. I called twice to make sure they were still coming and was assured they were. Got a phone call at 4pm saying we another emergency and cant make it. We can come out next Wed. I said what about Tues and the lady said we have emergencies that day too. What???? Very unprofessional and do NOT recommend!!!!
