They came to my house repeatedly to fix an issue from May all the way to the end of August and every single time they said it was a different issue after charging me hundreds for an issue still not fixed. Filing a lawsuit and reporting the to the Better Business Bureau. They may as well have robbed me. Absolutely horrible!! This was the most rediculous thing ever.

Recommended through home warranty company. First they show up, did not introduce himself, just kept asking if I wanted poison oak? Cussed the entire time. They didn't have the right part so they had to come back but wouldn't leave until he got paid for being there 5 minutes and doing nothing. 2 days later they were supposed to call before coming, but just showed up and when asked about calling, he said Well we're here now so... The assistant also just walked into our bedroom looking for a bathroom after passing one upstairs. Then they just left without telling anyone, and left our laundry room like this.

Plumber came out and was nice and professional. Was informed that he would submit the claim to the warranty company to see if they will approve it but if not, it would $250 for the fix including the deductible. Called today and was informed that warranty company usually does not cover it, not sure if that means they put in the order or just denied it themselves. And was told the cost will now be $300 instead of the original quote of $250. Work with your insurance company to see if you can get someone else. These are not the people.

Update to their response: you did not offer a discount. You increased the rate by 50 dollars over what your plumber quoted me. Nice try though. Increasing the quote by 100 to drop by $50.

Dispute the previous ratings, our second experience with the company was great. The technicians offered tips and advice, kept both me and my fiance informed of the process the whole time and was quite candid (even when it hurt, lol). Will definitely be using them again in the future to install the new bathroom fixtures.

This company wasted so much of my time. They didn't arrive for a scheduled appointment, and I had to find out it was canceled by contacting them. Furthermore when I tried to return a call about my low rating, Tammy kept me on hold. I'm thankful my warranty company referred me to another contractor.

Our Home Warrenty made us use this company. The tec came out twice and spent 20 minutes total on our problem. The first time they came out they pulled stuff from the pipe and did not clean up the mess...he left big chunks of nasty clumps in the yard. The 2nd time he showed up his equipment's did not work and really did nothing. Did not offer to come back and there was no follow up. We decided to use another plumber (outside of the warrenty) and what a difference. This tec was not only more professional he actully listened to the issue we were having. He not only cleaned the pipes....he cleaned up his mess and the mess your tec left. Would not recommend or will ever use this company again.

If your insurance company assigns you them for a plumbing service, I highly recommend that you refuse!

We had a shower leak and to make a long story short, it took them over one month (literally) to get a part to fix the shower. It’s a universal part that can be picked up at Lowes or Home Depot but Tammy (the owner/extremely rude lady who answers the phone), forgot to order it, and then claim that it was on backorder, but then all of a sudden whenever I told the warranty company, I was going to find another company. It was suddenly available within the next couple of days. They install the part, but then did not test to make sure there was a leak. They also did not install a shower handle so currently we just have a shower that is non-functional and has been that way for over a month. On the original claim, they wrote that we needed a new trim kit, and the technician actually confirm this but of course Tammy forgot to order it. And then they try to charge me $280 to install a shower trim kit, and again they cost $40 at Lowe’s. she later claimed that I broke the handle all the technician told me that due to the type of handle that was on the shower, it is a general problem and is due to wear and tear on the water drips onto the screw. Waste of time, half a** job

Every time I try to talk to Tammy, she was extremely rude, aggressive, can I barely hear her due to the dogs barking in the background.

Again, avoid this company at all cost I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Big regret. See photos for half repair done and the technician notes that Tammy didn’t read

Warranty company sent them out on 2/10 to fix my heater that was blowing out cold air. Tech was in and out in less than 15 minutes and suggested we use the emergency heat if it blows cold air again. cleaned the flame sensor and had no idea why the heating system was shutting itself off.

Clearly they have no intention of diagnosing or fixing issues.

Edited for business reply:

Filters are replaced as recommended every 90 days. Clearly cleaning the flame sensor and dirty air filter were not the cause of the problems. Your technician had absolutely no intention of fixing the problem since he told us that he had no idea why it was blowing cold and shutting off. If the public is curious as to how a company has a 2 star rating on google and a 1.9 rating on the BBB website, here's you obvious starting point.

Awful leadership, crazy and absolutely rudely and unwilling to be productive and helpful acting dispatcher, who answer the phone and schedules an appointment, claimed to be an owner. She stated she does not receive emails from my insurance and has no way to send them an email which is not true. She yells, totally does not listen and hangs up. My insurance forward me her poorly phrased and technically wrong work order she submitted via email (she stated she cannot!), and she unwilling to correct her mistake. Rude, aggressive and act to escalate the problem, not to find resolution.
TOTALY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I do not believe I am in the US when I am talking with this Jefferson Plumbing employee. I do not recommend this service.

Everything was great! My pilot wouldn't stay lit on my water heater. They came out and inspected it and sent their findings to my warranty company. The warranty company approved them to replace it. They showed up in the quoted window, installed everything, cleaned up. I couldn't ask for things to have gone any smoother.

They never called us, we had to call them.
Called yesterday and left a voicemail, no call back, had to call again today. They are ok leaving four children in a brick home in 90 degree weather. For over a week. Do not use this company for emergencies.

It took a week to get a technician to my house. But it is the summer,so it is peak time. This review is for Wes. He was very professional and showed that he really seemed to care. And his goal was to figure out what was causing my AC problem and fix it. He did great. Checked multiple possibilities. Diagnosed the problem. And fixed it. Even gave me some helpful preventative tips. The service I got is far better than the previous Google reviews. If I have future hvac problems I will call Jefferson and request Wes.

Our warranty company made us use them. We had our kitchen sink flood the kitchen twice over the weekend and submitted the claim the first time it happened. They didn’t even respond until Monday, didn’t schedule us until Tuesday.

My husband is pretty handy and already tightened the valves, but they are very old and obviously need to be replaced which is covered by our warranty.

The guy who showed up was obviously inebriated, just tightened the valves again and said he isn’t submitted anything to our warranty company because the pipes will burst sooner rather than later and until they fully burst it’s not worth his time. His apprentice (I assume, someone he had with him), even said the job they had marked for our home was to replace them. And the guy refused to do it.

We also watched him throw cigarette butts in our driveway. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Jefferson Plumbing was contracted by my home warranty (2-10). They came out, took deductible payment, and diagnosed the issue. We set up a return service visit and they got my appointment date/time incorrect causing me to miss work for nothing, and had a poor attitude over the phone about it. They rarely answer the phone and there is no voicemail system to leave a message. They insisted they tried to reach me and left messages but I had no missed calls and no voicemail. When I finally got a callback I was told they were waiting for a GAS VALVE to fix my leaking water pipe. Either they had me confused with someone else or they were just making up not even believable excuses. They did not return to fix the issue as the poor experience forced me to cancel the service request and instead go to another plumber. The actual employee who came to visit initially was friendly, but that was the only decent part of the event.

Am trying to get in touch with them now for an air-conditioning emergency. They came out Friday morning to work on my AC upstairs. When the guy left he said it was fixed. I work night shift, and I had just gotten off work. I went to bed (downstairs where I sleep) . Hadn't really thought anything about it.

Today I asked my sister in law who sleeps up there how the air was working. She told me she didn't think it was. Sure enough. It isn't!

I called the company and they are closed but the voice mail directed me to call an emergency number. I have called it twice and haven't heard back. I even let them know that it's not only where my disabled sister in law sleeps but I'm expecting my two girls to be visiting tomorrow and that's where they sleep!

08/19/2020...ok technition came out today and did another temporary fix. It's not running again this evening. Strike two.

If it were possible to give Negative Stars I don't think they would have enough listed for me to emphasize the unprofessionalism, the absolute worst rude attitude and absolute no empathy for someone else's well being. A propane water heater is the only type allowed to be installed where I live, they brought a natural gas heater that wasnt realized til 2 weeks later when it went out, only for us to also discover though our water heater company themself that installing that could have caused an explosion and was illegal. I forgot to mention they had already come to fix the water heater TWICE before all this so were fully aware of the kind we needed!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give you zero stars I would. Your customer service skills are non-existent. The correct response to someone calling 15 minutes before the outside timeframe to find out what is going on or do we need to reschedule, is NOT, He will get there when he gets there. He will call when he's on the way. What you SHOULD have done is apologize for the delay, call the technician to get an estimate on how much longer the current job is going to take him/her then tell the customer so he/she can either cancel evening plans or reschedule the appointment. There are plenty of resources available to help you perform this aspect of your job in a competent manner..I suggest you take advantage of them.

I was having issues with my water heater and didn't have hot water. My home warranty assigned Jefferson Plumbing and they were responsive and was able to get someone to my condo in a reasonable time. I just needed the pilot light lit. The technician was helpful and got my hot water going again. I was hesitant because of the reviews I saw but I had no issue with them at all.

First, they were supposed to repair a pipe under my bathroom sink. For whatever reason, the technician disconnected the pull up stopper and replaced it with a tacky looking disk (that didn't work). They came out this morning to repair what he screwed up. 9:30 in the morning, the technician comes in wreaking of marijuana and informs us we would have to pay out of pocket for his screw up (Jefferson Plumbing was assigned by our home warranty company). I told him to leave.

I initially left a poor review but they ended up making it right by getting my water heater installed by the end of the day after all of the delays we had. The wrong water heater was ordered and it has taken 2.5 weeks to get it installed. We have American Home Warranty and between the two companies somehow the wrong one was ordered.

While working with their service through home insurance, they discovered they could not fix our leak because we had removed plumbing to remove the tile in the way of the plumbing. Instead of offering to independently install the parts that we had for the plumbing - separate from our claim - they said they couldn’t do anything, took their insurance deductible from me and left. At the very least I would have hoped they would offer to provide their services at their regular price.

This company was called out from our home warranty company because of our washing machine drain pipe backing up and overflowing out of the wall. (side note- Request for furnace service was put in at the same time. The furnace people had called to set up an appointment and come to service and fix the problem before I finally had to call Jefferson Plumbing to get my appointment set up. They were supposed to call me with 24 hours.)
Once I got an appointment set up, on the day they were coming they gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. I let them know that my husband is very high risk for Covid-19 due to severe asthma and just asked that they be mindful about their precautions. (I didn't ask for anything above and beyond normal recommendations.) When the technician arrived, he was probably attempting to be funny or something but was very unprofessional and rude. He compared my husband working from home to his young son playing video games. He repeatedly teased and asked why my husband would not come closer to him like he hadn't been told why and was just generally lacking in any sort of professional demeanor.
Once they got to work, they left a mess. It looks like the snake they used just kept spinning after they took it out and sprayed mud-like splatters all over my laundry room. Not to mention the mud they tracked in with their boots.
Finally, they did not fix the problem. They ran a snake and told us to put hot water down the pipe and left. I had already, prior to asking for service, run an extended drill snake through the pipe and several times used Draino and hot water to try to clear the pipe. After they left, we tested to see if it was fixed by running a medium load of laundry. Just like before water backed out the wall and overflowed. Albeit, maybe slightly less water overflowed than before but the problem was far from fixed.
Was considering renewing our Home Warranty but if this is the sort of vendors they use, we will probably never have one again.
I'm sure they'll be a comment about he didn't mean it or I'm lying or whatever but I'm not really interested in hearing that. Because obviously there are patterns that aren't being addressed except to dismiss all reviewers.

EDIT: Edited to give back one star because they did make an effort to make it right by calling to set up a follow-up appointment. We however, elected to go elsewhere to continue service on the issue.

I just moved into a new house. I had a hole in the roof of my garage (from previous water damage), that is underneath the house, and so I called my warranty company to have someone come out. They assigned Jefferson Plumbing. I was a little hesitant at first because they only had a 2.3 stars, but when Matthew showed up and called me to let me know he was here, I had a feeling this experience was going to be good. He was very polite and let me show him what my issue was. He asked if there was a toilet above it on the first floor and I said yes. Apparently the wax ring on the toilet was old and other components needed to be tightened. After dealing with the warranty company, he was able to get the job dealt with. If I ever need a plumber again, I would definitely call Matthew.

Only giving 1 star because negative stars were not an option, nor would they have enough!!! DO NOT use this company under any circumstances!! Even if your home warranty company makes you use them - trust me, just come out of pocket for a better company!! The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and ignorant to basic human interactions. The plumber took my clogged sink trap off with nothing to catch the six gallons of water backed up. This in turn caused the water to go all over the kitchen floor, under the sink in the cabinet, and within minutes drained into my basement ceiling causing one of the smoke alarms to short out, with the water coming out in a steady stream onto the floor causing additional water damage there too! When I told the “customer service rep”, if that’s what you want to call her, about it on the phone she cussed me out, called me a liar and hung up on me. How this company is still in business is truly beyond me!?

RED FLAG, RED FLAG, RED FLAG. My HOME WARRANTY CO used this company. LG&E has turned off our gas due to a gas leak at the water heater. My house has been without heat or hot water for almost a week. The home warranty company has to have a report which Jefferson Plumbing has not provided as yet. Jefferson plumbing had 2 days to get the report to the warranty co. And has NOT... Now there will be another 3+ day delay because Jefferson Plumbing doesn't work on the weekends. I have requested that the warranty co send me a different contractor out and that will also cause a delay. I thank God that the weather has been mild because we have no heat OR hot water.

They were contracted by our home warranty. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had over the phone. They were originally scheduled for a Monday (7 days after the claim was initiated), that got pushed to Tuesday because the products werent shipped on time, then the truck didn’t show up Tuesday and it got pushed to Friday (11 days from the claim). When the plumber did arrive, they replaced the water heater and in the process broke our A/C line and now we have to wait for an HVAC company to come out. They of course are paying for it, but said we could expect a call from the HVAC company in the morning of Monday 4/3. It’s now 11:30 am and I had to call Jefferson Plumbing to find out what’s going on, they proceed to yell at me saying it’s being worked on, it’s not their company, etc. I hung up on her and called HVAC+ personally. They were incredibly understanding and apologetic about the situation and said they are doing what they can to get us scheduled for today. I will explicitly ask to never work with Jefferson Plumbing again. The front desk person alone is enough to drive you away.

They installed a new hvac system in a rental unit. Had issues with it every since. The issues were not all their fault but their response to them were horrific. They came to look at why the ac stopped and said 5 days later, it's 95 outside, that it needs a new motor. Ok so they said they ordered a new motor. That was 6 months ago. After I called them back, the message said send a text, I sent a text. They responded that we need a new furnace. Didn't say that 6 months ago. I installed 2 temp. Ac units and now have 3 temp heaters in the residence. Have called them dozens of times with no response. That company. Previously was Rouck plumbing. Co. They were a good straight up company to deal with. Not this one!!! Maybe next generation. Gonna find someone else to do the work. Tired of them lying to me. The people running the business are laughable.

I would have never called them looking at their poor reviews but my home warranty company assigned them to inspect the leak at my house. LWC and 2 other plumbing companies have already confirmed that there was no leak from main line from meter to my house and the leak is somewhere inside the house since the water meter doesn't move when the main valve is shut off inside my home. It only moves when the main value is open. But, home warranty company wanted Jefferson plumbing to just confirm that so they can then send leak detection specialists. The plumber Mark Sheets came and found the same thing that others confirmed and noted that on report. After that the owner of Jefferson Plumbing called the Home Warranty company and gave them a complete false report stating the leak is not inside the home and is likely in the irrigation system outside of my home. The home warranty company denied my claim based on this wrong report that didn't match with what their plumber wrote on the copy he provided to me. I don't understand these stupid folks on why they did this and now they are not willing to call the home warranty company to correct their report. What a mess. Please DO NOT ever use these guys. They are very unprofessional and unethical.

We were paired with Jefferson Plumbing through Choice home warranty. We’ve battled with a few issues since moving last summer and our first experience with Jefferson was two weeks ago. The issue was not fixed BUT that is not because of Jefferson or our technician, Brian. It’s because of the steps you have to go through when using your home warranty. He was wonderful and did what he could, told us to make the needed calls to Choice and he’d be able to get back out and work on the other issues causing the main one… (again just part of the steps). He came back out this past Friday, he was so through and was here way later than expected, but didn’t want to leave without giving us solid answers and getting to a good stopping point. He went way above and beyond with helping. Once he figured out ALL of the small issues (yes multiple), he was finally comfortable with a stopping point because again with a home warranty we have to call and tell them we figured out what is going on and they have to approve for the work to begin. He cleaned up, told us advice on what to do in the meantime and didn’t leave until we understood. We have a slight mess brewing in our house, waiting for the home warranty to clear it so work can begin and it’s so reassuring that we know we have Jefferson Plumbing and our wonderful technician, Brian behind us and so willing to help us.

UDATE AT END OF REVIEW-They came out and thought they repaired a leak, the next day it all started leaking again. Wouldn’t return our calls and sent us a bill for $467.50. We had to have Daunhauer our to actually fix the leak in less than an hour. When we tried to dispute the bill ( finally answered the phone today, never returned our messages) they said they came out so we had to pay the bill. Didn’t have an answer for why they never returned our calls, and was very rude over the phone. UPDATE- They posted a response, an attempt at an apology, not buying it, I left my # for them to call back and they didn’t call back, more than one message. That has nothing to do with which order my call came in. 2 days I waited with buckets under leaks, had to call another company fix the leaks. They had no problem sending us a big bill for NOT fixing the problem and not returning calls.

Sorry for the long post- I hope it will deter people from using this company. I am also waiting for a snarky response (read the reviews below) despite my documentation.

My water heater went out Sunday, 11/28. I filed an online claim the same day with my home warranty company, 2-10. I called Jefferson Plumbing on Monday, 11/29. They said the earliest they could get someone out to diagnose it was Thursday, 12/2. I understood and accepted that, as winter is a busy time. The man that came by Thursday, Mark Sheets, was very friendly and helpful. He said he wasn't sure when the install would be, which I understand is not his job to schedule. I tried to call Jefferson Plumbing on Friday, 12/3 for an update on an install date. Their hours are listed online as Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 3 pm. I called at 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm but didn't get an answer. No answering machine either. I called again at 7:45 am on Monday, 12/6. The receptionist said they were waiting on the home warranty company to order the water heater. I called the home warranty company a few hours later. They said Jefferson Plumbing filed the diagnostic paperwork that morning (after I called). I called Jefferson Plumbing again today, Tuesday, 12/7. I tried to call them 5 times, starting at 7:30 am. A coworker of mine also called them four additional times. They finally picked up at 8:30 am on my fifth try. I asked for an update, and they said the earliest they could install it was next Monday, 12/13. I said that would put me without hot water for two weeks. It is 29 degrees outside right now. They said they had a lot of emergency calls over the weekend. I said, Shouldn't I already be in line since you all came out on Thursday? She again said they had too many emergencies over the weekend. I told her the warranty company told me Jefferson Plumbing didn't file the diagnosis until Monday morning (yesterday) after I called. The receptionist kept trying to deflect. Eventually she said, Well regardless of when it was filed, the earliest we can install it is Monday. I am very upset that I waited nearly one and a half weeks without hot water for nothing. I am very disappointed with the runaround and unprofessionalism.

I was very concerned after my Home warranty assigned Jefferson plumbing and seeing the reviews of others who have used them. Tammy is up front and honest about timing and returned all calls very quickly. The guys that installed the water heater were quick and very efficient. I think people get upset because of the Home Warranty company rules that they have to use.

My home warranty company made an appointment with this plumbing company to fix three things in my home including a washer hook up that I really needed. The company called to confirm the appointment and then never showed up. When I called to see what happened I got a fairly rude woman who told me that she didn't recognize the address and that they had been really busy with a lot of emergencies that day. I tried to explain that this was not an emergency call but an appointment made days ago to which she replied that her hand were tied and the soonest that someone would come out is Monday. (this was on Friday) I have now been without a washer for 2 weeks and I was very dependent on this appointment, we have a large family. Needless to say, after i told the home warranty company what happened they decided to go with another plumbing company.

Based on MOST of the reviews I will expect a untruthful and evasive response from this company. But the many 1 star reviews speaks for itself. My home warranty company chose Jefferson Plumbing to check my furnace because supposedly they could do so in a timely manner due to the cold weather. They came took one look and said it needed full replacing. That was a month ago. I paid my deductible and that was that. But then it wasn't. They informed me of $1,230 in out of pocket cost for modifications. When checking the price of these modifications my husband was speaking to someone in the office asking for prices of different parts and installations, the woman he spoke to had to ask someone else about the pricing, well without knowing it was my husband a different woman came to the line and said she had spoke to the warranty company and we either paid what she said or we didn't get the replacement and continued to be rude. Well due to having 2 small children in our home and it being cold there really wasn't much option. Yesterday they FINALLY came after saying 2 different days they would. It took them 9 hours to replace it, not only that they told my husband they may have burned up the electrical panel in our NEW unit!!! Then they decided that it was fine. After saying we would get rid of the old unit ourselves we had to pay $1,105.60 out of pocket for modifications. Those modifications included applying foil tape onto the ducts, that is it. We paid these people $1,105.60 for one fourth of a roll of foil tape. Then they left and my husband and I realized they had left our OUTDOOR electrical box/panel disassembled so we had to call and pay out of pocket an electrician to come out after hours and put it back together. Not to mention my husband actually had to HELP them take out the old unit and put in the new one. This company is unprofessional and way overpriced for low quality work. Based on 2 different quotes we were taken for hundreds of dollars by them. I have filed a complaint through my warranty company and will also be doing so through the BBB.

Edit to reply to company - Your techs are the ones that openned and took apart my electric panel then left. So how is it my place to pay an electrian to come put it back together? That is something YOUR COMPANY did, your not electrian took it apart. I have spoke with my warranty company and I am doing what was suggested. You said I was paying for modifications? Modifications is much different then using a few pieces of foil tape then
charging someone $1,105 dollars for it. Jefferson Plumbing is the saddest excuse of a business I have ever experienced. The unprofessional attitude towards customer service is appalling. As promised in my review I have contacted the better business bureau and will be contacting your company personally to see if this can be resolved without legal action but if need be I will do so. I have pictures of the completed work you have performed and will have a full inspection showing it as inadequate. If you were truly interested in your customers issues with your company you would not make excuses for your mistakes and you would actually do something about it. Thanks.

I was referred to Jefferson Plumbing by my home warranty company. I had an issue with my water heater not functioning properly due to a gas leak. LG&E had to red tag my water heater, and shut off until repairs were completed. I was told by my home warranty company that Jefferson would contact me by end of business on a Friday. It was mentioned, if they(Jefferson) did not to call me for an appointment, to contact them next day for set up of service a date. I did just that after no call from them. Of course they were closed on Saturday. Which in hindsight, I should have done more to verify their hours of operation. On Monday, I call to make an appointment. I explained the issue as it was written on my order from LG&E. I was told that I would have an appointment between 9am-3pm the Thursday of that week. I called them on appointment day at 240pm, because of course no one had shown up by that time. I was told by an employee who was friendly enough, after being on hold a few times that they could not come. The reason was that it would take all day to repair a gas leak issue. I asked why I wasn't told that before. Her response was that she wasn't familiar with the initial conversation. Hmm. Then I asked was I ever scheduled for today? She advised she did not see any scheduled service for my residence. She then advised that I should contact my home warranty company. So, one week later, nothing done, loss of work productivity for me due to the supposed date of service, and I'm still at square one. No hot water. Not really a fan of being taken down for an appointment, that wasn't even documented. If they were concerned with doing the job. Why not communicate that on Monday, during my initial contact. Nevertheless I have requested my home warranty company not contract them for my service. At this point it's probably easier for me to just purchase, and have a new water heater installed. I would have 0 starred you'll if possible.

Update to the owner response:

You claim I had no appointment. In fact your employee told me on Monday 8/10/2020 at 11:04am that someone would be at my house on Thursday 8/13/20, between 9am-3pm. No mention of you'll being booked up. There was no mention that the gas leak would be too time consuming as I was told yesterday. Which is it? Too time consuming or booked up? Additionally why would youhope someone made it my house? Do you'll not keep service records? How would someone make it to my house if it were booked up? This incident occurred within the last 6 days. Perhaps you should make it your business to know what's going on, as opposed to insinuating that I was speaking some sort of misinformation. I have no agenda, other than to be transparent in my dealings with your company. I will not contact you, to straighten out anything. I attempted to do that yesterday. I was met with indifference, and excuses. I would suggest that you spend additional time ironing out the kinks as opposed to using this forum to question the authenticity of my experience. I have already requested my home warranty company utilize a different contractor. This would now be my showing my indifference and indignation to your reply. Have a good one.

The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever talked to!! She will not send over the proper paperwork after being asked multiple times to. She now just hangs up on me when I call and then just forwards me to voicemail when I call back!! DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!

Like the 99.9% of the reviews given to this company you might get the idea by now that this is not a company worth working with. The owner of the company is the root of the problem. No costumer service skills. Rude and mean, already answers the phone with an attitude.
About the service provided by this company … a person came and did a diagnosis report of the water heater for the homeowners insurance, super nice guy, this company does not deserve him. After that a plumber came to replace the water heater. Turns out the installation had 3 code violations when the inspector came. The inspector called Jefferson Plumbing so they come and fix those mistakes. Jefferson Plumbing came the next day, same plumber that installed my water heater, fixes two of the issues and says the company will send a person to fix the third, which is the water heater tank installed is too tall and the slope to the exhaust pipe is not sufficient to let the gas leave. It goes up and down. Which they replaced the part that goes up and then down into the pipe that goes up to the roof.
I called their office and the owner, super rude decides that it is not their job and I need to find an HVAC company that would fix it. Threatens me to come and take my water heater away. My question is. You installed the water heater, you know what is up to code and what is not, you made 3 mistakes, if you saw that the water heater would not fit, then why isntall it??
How are they still in business? I hope they lose their permit, because so many jobs done wrong should have a consequence.

I normally don’t complain but this company is not worth your time. If I could give them no stars or a negative star I would. They lie and are very rude. Don’t want to get into all the details but when they come out, especially for warranty work from a home warranty company, try your best to change to a different company. Don’t waste your time and money for them to come out. If they do make sure you watch over them like a hawk because they will lie and tell you they have fixed something and they didn’t. Also they will lie and tell you something is not wrong even if there is is so they won’t have to do the extra work, even if you are willing to pay for the job to get done. WARNING….Please be very cautious when using them.

The owner of the business was rude and unprofessional. The service tech for my plumbing order in which I paid for the visit was out of character. He made a reference to spanking my Fanny. Bad Leadership and crazy acting employees. The job is still incomplete.

In reference to the owner’s reply, it’s evident that they are unwilling to take responsibility and complete the job. As a former President and CEO of several companies, l feel there is always a solution to any service complaint when a company understands that they know that accepted money for a job that is not finished. I believe the business entered into a contract to perform a service. The Better Business Bureau will be made aware of this situation.
