It’s in the name! Ron has done awesome work for me both in my commercial spaces and in my residential. He is timely, professional, fair, and has great communication. I also appreciate that he texts, emails, and also accepts payments online or cash or even some crypto currencies. Anyone who he has ever brought to work with him has been respectful and professional as well. A truly a modern tradesman imo!

Great experience. Ron was referred to me by my mother in law after he had helped her with some plumbing issues, along with working with the water company on some billing issues from a leak she had, she was so happy with her service I knew in my water heater crisis, they were on my list to call.

Ron answered on the first call, not an operator or assistant who would get back to me later, or someone who isn’t a plumber rattling off random estimate numbers from a screen. He answered and took the time to gather as much information as possible up front to explain what I was actually dealing with and to get me the best possible quote. We were able to work out the details that afternoon and by that evening we had a new water heater installed.

They were very clear in explaining what happened (I knew it was old and past it’s life, nobody was surprised), how they were going to fix it and what to expect while they were working. I’m very happy with the job they did, and happier to find a new plumber and have already sent their info out to a few neighbors.

Ron and his partner came out when we were told we had a gas leak upon buying a new home. He was great and was able to complete the work in the same day! Come to find out we needed a new hot water heater as well! He was great and very professional and we appreciate him and his company! Thanks again!

My rental house developed plumbing issues over the weekend and I waited till Monday to call a plumber. They came as soon as possible on Monday and fixed a clogged toilet and kitchen sink within a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves, and were super nice guys! I will definitely use them again.

Good Plumbing recently replaced the sewage drains in our two rental properties. They were both 80+ year old leaky cast iron pipes that are now new PVC. They did an outstanding job at a very fair price. They wore paper “booties” over their shoes, placed a drop cloth on the floor and left the area cleaner than when they started. We’ll definitely be calling them for our future plumbing needs!

Ron, Tyler and the team definstely know what they are doing and have always done an excellent job. They take the time to explain the problems and solutions and have always been courteous. They’ve helped us twice. A few years ago they had to locate a bathroom leak and repair it. This time they located and repaired four inside gas leaks. A few weeks ago, I had an unsatisfactory dishwasher installation completed by Home Depot. The dishwasher was inappropriately mounted, the plate concealing the undercarriage of the appliance had fallen off, and the underside of the sink was a mess. To say the least, I was unsatisfied with the experience.

Yesterday, I texted the owner of Good Plumbing. Within the hour I had a response. I indicated my availability for the coming week, and we worked out to where he could send out a technician to my house, for the time that worked best for me. The owner told me that they would be there within a three hour window, and would give me a half hour call ahead before arriving. I very much appreciated this aspect of the service, as my time is my most valuable resource. Communication is everything.

The next morning, a little after 10:30, Good Plumbing called, and told me they were on their way. I arrived at my condo, and they showed up immediately afterwards.

Regarding the actual service, Good Plumbing was only in my condo for 45 minutes. They listened to my concerns, and promptly addressed the issue. When they left, my condo was just as clean as before they arrived. Amazing.

To sum up the company with the most fitting name, Good Plumbing was on time, ultra-responsive, super communicative, kind, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I know I will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Ron and his team are the best. They gave the best estimates in town, did not play any games or give us the run around. They showed up on time, were very responsive, and did great work. We will absolutely be calling Good Plumbing again for services.

Ron and his team are incredible. Like never thought I’d say I have a plumber but Ron’s the guy! He used to be in accounting and decided he wanted to work with his hands and became a master plumber. He always explains exactly what is going on and gives us option. When we had issues with piping a well known plumbing company had been out a few months prior and told us nothing other than unclogging the drain and taking our money. Ron told us exactly what was causing the drain to continue to clog, let us know that it wasn’t urgent to repair, but gave us the run down on how we could repair it correctly. We decided to go ahead and take care of it right away and he did a fantastic job and a fair price.
He’s now done garbage disposal installation for us, found and repaired toilet pipe cracking, replaced a toilet, figured out what was causing a leak in our bathroom, replaced a water heater, fixed tons of improperly installed piping along the way, and redid our entire gas line.

When I say he stands by his work, he came back over on his own the next day to just double check that all the fittings on something tricky was sealed and good to go.

Great service and price. Ron and crew always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Had screwed up some things trying to install an add on for my toilet. Water everywhere, things not fitting together, big mess. Ron and his employees came out and got it all straightened out, attached the add on, no leaks. Almost a year later everything working perfectly. Very thankful for people who know what they are doing!

Great group of guys. Very well knowledge about the work they do. Put all new pipes in our house from start to finish 6.5 hours..... plus the crew were great with our kids and dogs. On break, instead of leaving to get lunch, some of them stayed and played with dogs and the kiddo. Would recommend them anytime, every time

Did an excellent job replacing the garbage disposal for our kitchen sink. We were fortunate enough that he was able to come out the same day that we called him. He communicated with us on his estimated arrival time and texted when he was on his way. His price was well below the other estimates we received! I will definitely us them again!

How can I say enough good things about Good Plumbing?! They were prompt, professional and EXTREMELY courteous!! Ron and Jacob are very knowledgeable and honest. I had what I thought was a plumbing problem but turns out it was an entire separate issue. It was explained in great detail and they even pointed me in the right direction for my next steps. Ron and his team are TOP NOTCH! I enlisted their services when I moved into my Old Louisville home in 2019 and was so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail that I called them back this month for help converting my half bath into a full bath, which also required moving pipes for my washer/dryer as well. They did an incredible job, as I knew they would! Very communicative and punctual, with promised dates of work panning out as planned (which is so rare of many in this field, sad to say). I've had Good Plumbing folks out for two separate slow draining / clogged pipes (one shower, one kitchen sink) in the past couple of months. Both times, they've been prompt (same day or next day appointments available) and done a great job of explaining the issues and recommendations, as well as long term planning for old pipes in our home. I've also found them to be considerate and respectful and not pushy. All their plumbers put on their boot covers each and every time they step in the house. It's the little things, but not every company has that expectation, and I appreciate that Good Plumbing upholds that standard and takes pride in both the work they do and the customer service too.

I have had Ron and his crews out to several of my rental properties and my own home for renovations, repairs, and emergency fixes and have never been disappointed!! He has always communicated well about the job at hand, the timing, pricing, and they have always done quality work.

I have used Good Plumbing for some complex plumbing jobs. The first was diagnosing and fixing an issue where my HVAC system drain was backing up. My HVAC guy was stumped. Good Plumbing figured it out. It was not a straight forward issue, but they diagnosed it and fixed it. No problems with the drainage system since.

The second job was installing a large full-home water filtration system. This included a massive charcoal unit, sediment filter, UV light and reverse osmosis unit. They exceeded anything I could have done on my own (I have some plumbing and general contracting experience). The system works great and I was super happy with my experience.

These guys work hard. Very trustworthy. They will educate you throughout the process and discuss any alternative ideas you might have, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Good Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have. They know what they are doing.
