Originally I liked this company. But, the other day I had a sewage back up in my house and found out that they installed my concrete-encased plumbing at the wrong angle and it's now allowing waste to pool up and create blockages - which is what they originally fixed! It's going to to cost over $6k to fix the work they botched. Yay.

I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. After a couple of bad experiences here , I happened to see a CLMS and stopped next to me at an intersection a couple years ago and called them for a simple job. Since then, CLMS Plumbing has taken care of two bath and one kitchen remodel. Calls are answered promptly, service is scheduled conveniently and the work is done efficiently and with total perfection. Prices are great and well worth it. Thank you CLMS Plumbing.

Service was prompt, but we felt mislead on the pricing. The parts markup was excessive. $700 mark up on a $500 part plus a $300 service call? The job took two hours to complete. When we questioned the price finally after several calls without out a response, when we were told someone would get back to us by the end of the day, the explanation given was that the price included the warranty for labor. We didn't request a warranty. Shouldn't this be optional?We have been a reoccurring customer, but we will definitely shop around next time we need plumbing service.

They do great honest work for you at a reasonable prices! There's no job to small. David and his team have done work for us. When they are finished with your job they cleanup all of their mess.

Failed to show up as promised and no call. They drag the work for several days so they can get more money out of you. Jr a manager is rude too, I 'll never use them again.
