My wife and I had a GREAT install with Addison Gamble as the installer. Addison was friendly, nice and VERY HARD worker! He was very professional in his work attitude and cleaned up after the job was finished. I can go on and on about how impressed I was with Addison but my highest praise is that if this is the type of person Maeser employees, we will be calling them for all our plumbing needs. My old water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. s/w sean and had a prompt response. Overall very good experience. Josh & Kevin did the install the same day. Would highly recommend them.

Literally saved mine and my child's life.
That sounds like I am exaggerating, but I am not!! I can not even begin to explain the issues I had with my nearly 50 year old water heater (it wasn't 50 but close!) It was so dangerous and after talking to plumber after plumber and being told I was being ridiculous or treated like I was stupid. I was so terrified every time I heard it rattle or watched it shake. Living without hot water for almost 2 weeks... I have been terrified to be in my own home and to have someone actually verify that I was not as stupid as other plumbers led me to believe. He really relieved a lot of my anxieties and again... literally saved mine and my child's life from carbon monoxide poisoning and who knows what else with a broken gas valve?
