John’s Plumbing Co. did a fantastic job!… Had a mainline leak at the front of my property and John and Victor came out immediately the next morning, located the problem, and performed a quick solid repair. Not only were they prompt, efficient and affordable, but they gave me other options on how to avoid problems in the future. Will definitely call them next time I need a plumber!

This company has been serving residents of Los Angeles for several years now. No company can remain in business that long with poor services. I have used their services before and I observed that apart from punctuality, they are very fast with their work. They ix the problem as quickly as possible.

We had a drain backup in my property Tuesday night. I called Express Plumbing & Remodeling that evening and they came out and provide excellent service. I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. This was the BEST plumbing experience we've ever had. My mom is 93 years old and oft times some companies will take advantage by charging sinfully high prices. Not so with Ford Plumbing. Jorge and Luis are TOP NOTCH, professional and polite. In comparison to other companies Ford is full of integrity! Jorge explained the work every step of the way and showed us the bad piping they removed to back up the diagnosis. Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other plumbers. They arrived on time to start the job. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. The installation was completed and the tankless water heater looks great. We couldn't be happier. It is so refreshing to find someone who treats their customers with care and not just another job! HIGHLY recommend.

Ray arrived on time with a call ahead from the office. The job was to install a Delta beverage faucet hooked up to a water filter. This was a replacement of another brand of faucet. The Delta instructions were incomplete. Ray worked hard to figure out the configuration of a base assembly. He got the job done, spending much more time than he expected. I was not asked to pay more than the fixed price quote.

I am totally recommending Victor to do repairs on your plumbing needs. He goes far and beyond to fix my sewer issues that were caused by another plumber who tried to scam me. Victor was willing to step in and suggested to me what's necessary or not. He fixed my broken sewer pipe in a matter of hours and did such an excellent job. He is honest, trustworthy and most importantly saved me from getting scammed by another plumber! He is very on time and also reasonable with his pricing. Totally recommending him and will always use him in the future.

Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

I had an emergency, the pipe in my house got clogged on Sunday and he quickly answered and was able to repair the problem, very professional and very kind. I recommend them to friends.

I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

Called their sister company, answering service wasn't listening to the problem, hung up. Called Ritz, different operator or same girl pretending to be someone different.

Guys came out. Quoted me $195 to replace a part they would have to get from their shop. It was the valve that turned inside a bath faucet. They didn't have the tool to actually take it off. Tried tugging it for a while. Gave up. Fiddled with it until it looked like it stopped leaking. Still charged the $195.

Two weeks later and it's leaking again. Calling roter rooter or some other chain. Should have dipped when I heard it was the sister company of the one I had just hung up on.

Don't use these guys or A&B Plumbing, same company.
