Our old, tankless water heater broke and John responded immediately and came to look at our problem over a weekend. John advised extensively on different options and we decided to install a new unit. John scheduled the installation immediately. We couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and the response time. He is also a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him in the future for all our future plumbing needs.

They showed up early after calling me to make sure that was OK, and the technician was a very nice man who did his work efficiently and left our bathroom just as clean as it was before he got there. The only reason not to hire this company is that they are about twice as expensive as everyone else. I hired them anyway ( they were very upfront about their pricing — no surprises) because I believe the quality of their work is excellent and I’ve had bad experiences trying to save money with plumbing problems.

Leonard is very reliable and works with you to schedule appts that are convenient. He communicates very well with the process and any concerns or questions you may have. We have used Leonard for replacing a garbage disposal and for repairing and replacing toilet mechanism parts. We call on Leonard with our issues, first!

This is long over due, but Thank you Ray and team.. If it weren't for Ray and his team, we would have a swimming pool in the back of our PUD.. The pumps had die after only one and half year of replacing them during a rain storm. Ray offered a few options. It's was costly, but it was fair price. Knowing the fact that Ray stand behind his work is well worth it.. It's already been 2 years and Ray and his team comes by to check on the system to make sure it runs well. This is the kind of people I can trust all my plumbing needs to. Straight, good work and fair.

Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Thank god this wasn't a major flood or emergency or our house would be underwater at this point. Highly unprofessional and decieving. I would def look elsewhere if I were you. This is a waste of time.

I called these guys after another vendor had already left my property unserviceable and multiple calls to vendors with week long waits.
Alex answered the phone. He’s not a reservation booker, he runs operations for his crew. They got to me in less than 2 hours and went beyond the call to insure the issue would not reoccur at a very reasonable price, as initially quoted.
Alex was on point the whole time.
HydroJet did the Job, They also did a 120’ video inspection to make sure and didn’t make a big deal about it. Great Crew, clean gear, very professional.
They were totally patient while I figured out my payment method, and then they went off into the night to solve someone else’s problems.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. I had an emergency with my water heater today. Edwin was quick to respond, offered to swing by to check it out, and immediately put my mind at ease when he showed up. He gave me an honest assessment, went off to buy the required materials, and came back to install a new water heater. His price was competitive, his work was top notch, he was kind, courteous, and fast. I will definitely be hiring him for other jobs around my house. I highly recommend him — you will not be disappointed

My mother had property with three houses on it. We’ve used Kessler for decades. Always upfront and straightforward with their quotes. Honest assessment of when their technicians will get there. Very professional. Now that mom is gone, I will continue using Kessler! They are family to me!

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.

Total time less than 1/2 hour.

Cost $180.00 YIKIES!

My girlfriend is a property manager and the excellent plumber that she uses whenever one of her properties needs Plumbing Service. He charges $80 per hour.

Unfortunately for me he is in the North San Fernando Valley and I am near LAX

I've never written reviews before but my experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn people about this company.

I needed a plumber to install some water filtration systems I bought, and since they were coming out I asked them to take a look at a clogging issue we were having with one of our toilets. The technician, Richard (who says he is one of the managers) said it would cost $120 for him to snake the toilet which I agreed to. He proceeded to snake it and then told me that while removing some clogs he had hit a hard block and now would need to hydrojet the toilet and it would cost me $450. I wasn't happy about this but I agreed. He had to wait for another technician to show up and then the two of them proceeded to hydrojet the toilet.
Then, seemingly out of nowhere, he is asking for access to under my house. After banging around down there for some time he let me know that my outgoing pipes were extremely old and were cracking in several places. He explained to me that there was raw sewage under my house. That I shouldn't so much as turn my kitchen sink on or it would dump under the house and cause further damage, and that I would need to replace all of my outgoing piping. Obviously I was extremely alarmed. He then took a video of the damage so I could see it for myself. There did seem to be damp spots under the house, and he showed a pipe with some water dripping from it so I believed him. However, the quote was for $7,500 and he said he could finish it that night (it was already 5:30pm on a Friday). The piping he was going to use was plastic so it couldn't have cost more that a couple hundred dollars -so what kind of hourly rate is that? When I let him know we would need to get more quotes he quickly dropped his price to $6,500. I let him know we were still going to need more quotes and he left our house with the water off and another warning to NOT use the water (and our water filtration system never got installed).
My husband, daughter and I had to leave our house that night and stay elsewhere out of fear of causing further damage. The next day we had two different plumbing companies over to provide us quotes and one of them told us that there is absolutely nothing wrong with our outgoing lines. The second one said they are a little old but nothing is wrong with them. There was no raw sewage and no signs of leaks. He quoted us $3500 to have all of the lines replaced.
I am so upset that Richard would try to con me like that. He is a thief who preys on innocent people who need help and in my opinion he belongs behind bars. He seems like a likable and capable person and I'm sure he has successfully conned many people in the past. While he was at my house I overheard him on the phone with a different customer telling them that their gas lines were bad and that they would need to replace them. Obviously this is questionable.
I called the company to let them know about my experience and spoke to Abraham Lopez, who says he is the general manager. I wanted to let him know about Richard and give him the opportunity to make things right. He said he would call be back in 2 hours but he never did.
