Work looks great and backed up by much better than average warranty on work which I interpret as someone confident in his craftsmanship. Overall,24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc is amazing. They charged much less than another company estimated. The plumbers gave me a few maintenance tips. Overall this is a really good service.

Had the cartridge in my shower leaking and had called a couple of places for pricing to remove the brass nut holding the cartridge in place. The owner of GR Plumbing called me with 2 pricing options depending on if the nut was frozen on or not. He sent out his technician to do the job for me. He removed the nut and the old cartridge, installed the new cartridge and saw that is was leaking, He then spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the calcium deposits in the line so the new cartridge fits snug and no leaks. Would definitely recommend these guys for plumbing jobs.

After many attempts with other companies with no reasonable resolution regarding a kitchen sink clogged, we decided to contacted Roto Rooter for a estimation and repairs. Well I was impressed how quickly he unclogged all pipes, cleaned everything and more importantly, the cost was rather fair comparing to other previous estimations from other companies. Highly recommended!

My property had a problem with multiple offsets on the sewer lateral. I called a few plumbers around the area. Valencia's gave me a rough estimate without charging while other plumbers wanted $250 to tell me about a problem I already knew I had. After we agreed on a price estimate, I received a more precise cost after camera work. They replaced a sewer lateral with burst pipe and a section with CPP and did some work under the house.
Their work is very good and they have honest prices.
I'll definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

Juan and his team were everything and more that you hope for when you are doing a complicated infrastructure remodel. We hired them to re-do all of our pipes to the 50 year copper ones. In addition, they took on other tasks happily, and were incredibly reliable and on time every day. We are working with several other trades, and they are the only ones who were never late or no-shows. They finished exactly on schedule, despite some unexpected challenges that come with a house first built in 1910.

I heard a hissing sound the other day at night. The next day I found out that there was a pool of water in my kitchen. I shutdown the water to the entire house, so we did not have water at all. I immediately called Mr. Speedy Plyumbing to hebl me out. They were very nice talking to me on the phone and sent out a tech right away. Randy was were courteous and knowledagble. He suspected a fixure in the pipes behind the counter. He quickly removed the counter, and repaired the broken pipe. His services were outstanding. I highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing.

I called a-1 on memorial day weekend and Jose was at my house within an hour to repair a leak at my tankless water heater.
He made the repair and then came back in a few days after I thought about it to replace the two water valves for the hot water heater. It wasn't cheap, but I felt the price was reasonable. Jose has been to my home 2 or 3 times and is always polite and efficient. I recommend a-1 for their timeliness and dependability.
