I have used Mike at Red Lilly Plumbing for several jobs now over the last few months, including a major two story duplex kitchen drain pipe replacement in the outside wall. He was absolutely masterful in doing the job and he showed an overwhelming knowledge of his craft. The smaller jobs he's done inside were done with care and finesse. I've used many many plumbers over the years and Mike is far and away the best in every category. It's as simple as that.

These guys are phenomenal. My hot water heater kicked the can in the middle of bathing my 3 month old. After calling a half dozen others that either couldn't help me for several days or even weeks, I finally found GR Plumbing and they were at my house with a new water heater within 2 hours.

The toilet was plugged even after I had repeatedly plunged it. The plumber was here for maybe 5 minutes. He unblocked it then handed me a bill for $281.00.
Gratefully, the toilet is working.
Roto rooter is exorbitantly overpriced and will never use them again.

I had a specific plumbing problem that required removing stone tile without cracking it. Truly impressed. ??

I give my thanks to Santiago and his team of Dino and Johnny. These guys braved the underworld that I dare not breach, and they discovered and exorcised the fear I felt to be true.

What I thought was going to be simple snake whipping due to some careless grease handling ultimately uncovered the true health of the house, and the outlook was severe. I was told of a whole host of issues that went well beyond my initial reason for calling. I didn't completely understand it at the time, but when Santiago runs a high powered snake through the lines, then comes back with a commercial grade snake and still can't make it all the way through the system, paramedics were needed. Enter Dino and Johnny. After a careful tag team mapping of the landscape, a medical plan was set and supplies needed to be gathered.

On the next day, I wished them luck on their underground adventure. Come to find out that if this house was a person, it would have been in cardiac arrest ten times over. These guys cut and sliced and chopped whole extensions of pipe that had been encrusted what I can only describe as 'gutter cheese.' At one point, I went out to check on them as I heard some discussion. Admittedly, I felt a bit underdressed in my Hawaiian shirt and shorts while these guys were in full body onesies and gas masks. They were fine, and I let the pros do what they do. The pipe transplant took a whole days work, and in the end, I'm back to being able to do those simple things that I take for granted that are so important in daily life. When water starts filling your sink while using the washing machine, one cannot help but to freak out.

The task at hand looked to be the result of deterioration and build up over time, and no amount of baking soda and vinegar was going to clear that mess.

Was it expensive? Yes. It ended up becoming a major project.

Was it overpriced? Absolutely not. It was worth every penny.

We noticed that our hot water heater was having some leaks in it and we were not sure what to do. We decided to call the plumbers at Pacific plumbing to see what their suggestion was . After speaking with the plumbers we were told a plumber could come to our home within just about one hour to give us an estimate on what needed to be done. We had a plumber by the name of Thomas come to our home assess the issue for free and give us a price to get a new water heater installed. Over all Thomas was very professional and we decided to use them for the service. New water heater is working great!

This company is amazing. They came over after hours, arrived in about ten minutes and fixed our horrifically clogged toilet in under 5 minutes. And they charged $150 which is a better price than others had quoted. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a problem come up very unexpectedly. Called near and best, Rafael was sent out and I was very happy with their service! Very fast, professional and clean. hard to find a good plumber nowadays. Highly recommend, fixed my leak quickly and it was well done.

The workers were on time and were able to repair my shower faucet. They also found out that my property did not have a water regulator and they fixed that also. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

The gas company checked my house for gas leaks and needed a professional plumber to repair them. Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. I am very grateful to Craig and Alex for their carefulness, and I am very relieved to leave all the piping problems in my house to them in the future.
