Victor is a complete professional. We originally called him to help fix our clogged sink - but it turned out our original pipes from 1927 were failing. Victor took video and photos along the way and showed us the inside of the pipes with his special camera. Victors was early for every appointment he scheduled with us and we are very happy we found him. After a complete sanitation re-pipe we are very satisfied. You should hire him.

I called because the Gas Co determined I had a leak in my main line. I was very clear about the service I needed. Dispatch promised someone out within an hour.

When the guys arrived they wouldn't even get out of their truck! Oh, the Gas Co told you this and that .. we can do that ... we have to call someone else and blah blah blah because we can't be liable. 2 minutes later they were on their way.

I called the manager to complain and he said we don't offer that service. I was so very clear about what was needed. Don't waste your time with this company.

GOT RIPPED OFF by this company!! They came over to my place of business they're literally two blocks away from me and said they couldn't snake it and we needed hydrojetter-- the price was way too high so we said we'd think about it-- BUT THEY STILL CHARGED $120!!! For driving 2 blocks, standing there for 5 minutes and they took $120!!! ???? Ridiculous company!! Don't use them or you'll get robbed!! Another company took care of the job for 1/2 the cost and did a great job and very professional. I had to leave this review because I keep seeing the ritz plumbing trucks and they piss me off each time thinking how they STOLE $120 from me!!
