My first time using Rooter Hero was 11/20/22 and our plumbing technician, Cory, was the best of the best. I run many short term rentals and he was so good I have contracted him specifically through the company twice more to fix issues. We got to talking on his first visit and he expressed how much he loved his job and how he left renovation work in order to do plumbing work because of how much more he enjoys it. To hear that someone enjoys their work is always reassuring when the quality of work is important. He really impressed me so much and I would recommend him and Rooter Hero to anyone. They really did save the day! 3x now!

EXCELLENT!! Joe was so professional and showed me each step along the way! The drains were cleared ASAP! I would hire them again for sure and strongly recommend their services to all. The facts: I made an appointment for a plumber on a Saturday for tenant to had a clogged sink. The appointment was on Monday, with a window of 12 noon - 2 pm, when the tenant was available. I asked about pricing and they said they would give an estimate after reviewing, before they started work. Rooter Hero call center was very friendly and said they would call on Monday to confirm a more specific time. They did call at 11:30 am to let me know he was running late due to another job. At 1:30 pm I had not heard back so I called again, and they still said he was running late. I asked if they had any other plumber available - and they did not, nor could give me an estimated arrival time. The plumber finally arrived 30 min. late. He looked at the sink and quoted me an $350 to simply open the P-trap and run a small snake. He said had no control over the pricing, and yet when I spoke to the dispatch, they said the technicians set the price. This is a simple sink and I've had plumbers run and fix the main building drain for way less. Very disappointed. At this point, it's almost 3 pm. I ended up scrambling and did find another local plumber. After describing the clog, and sending photos, he provided me a very reasonable quote (1/3 the price), arrived at at 4:45 pm, fixed it. Since there were no surprises to the clogged drain, there were no additional charges.
Rooter Hero Plumbing sent us Leo who literally wore a cape under his uniform. He was attentive, knowledgeable, punctual, and easy to communicate with regarding the jobs I had him do for my company. He was able to deliver and complete jobs from major/big ones, which took some time to small jobs that was able to be done quickly by him. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again. I like their service, especially Tommy Falcon, who saves the day. I had a sink Garbage disposal problem. It stops working and needs to be changed. first of all Rooter hero really are heroes!! this company is professional, responsive and caring.
they sent a tech out within the hour, continued to be in contact with me as to time of arrival.
Evan was so helpful and knowledgeable and a kind person. As it turned out this was no a leak from my sprinklers which is what we originally thought but a city main break that happened to be near my sprinklers on city property.
Evan was so kind to call the water company explain the situation and waited until the city confirmed they would send out a crew to take care of the problem.
If you need a plumber please use this company they are awesome!!
I had my house completely replumb two years ago. I've had no problems since then they've made outside repairs to the water main leaving to my house. There are service is very thorough and they always come on the day called. I have no complaints. The recent technician , Evan Pearson was courteous and to the point. Good job.

My sink backed up so I called Rooter Hero, they kept me up to date on when the plumber was going to arrive and he showed up when they said. Jose came in, cleared the blockage and cleaned up everything. He was professional, kind courteous. The payment method was easy. My sink is draining great now.
This company has been a thorn in my side for the longest. The plumber Israel (Pacheco) and his crew sent to my house were the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. For starters, they stole my HUSKY Pickaxe and Sledgehammer from my yard. The concrete finish of the job was uneven and they left concrete residue everywhere including whole tubs of concrete mixed in paint containers. To Continue, this company has not upkept there warranty on a job they never fixed. They were originally supposed to replace old pipes with new ones to help flow from the back of the house to the front, upon receiving 2nd and 3rd opinions from NextGen and PowerPro Plumbing Co., we were made aware that this company did a complete botched job. They said they had permits and inspection done but there weren't ANY when we went to the city for confirmation. Rooter Hero has lost any creditability as far as being a good plumbing company. These are just a few of my grievances, if you want to hear more come to the court hearings because we are suing this sham of a business, for there overall ineptitude and lack of professional plumbing knowledge, courtesy, and work. I have never seen such utter and complete ignorance on the job in work they claim to be professionals at with complete disregard for a middle class family.

Where to start, I called this company knowing I had a major issue with my drain pipe going out to the street from my kitchen. When I called around 2 pm they told me they would get someone out that evening to inspect and fix my major issue. I could not believe it anyway by 4 pm the tech Evan was here & really concerned about my issue especially with the holiday coming and a surgery coming for me in days. He routed my system in and out and knowing that the problem was needing a different procedure to open the main line up Evan talked to me about other options we decided that another route needed to be done. Evan scheduled the next morning 9 am Who does that!!!, a different truck with him here too, both men power blew both main lines out completely leaving my drain lines completely cleared out. I couldnt believe how great Evan was in making sure my system was completely 100% fixed, Evan I cannot thank you enough for everything you did and how quickly you took care of these main line problems. I hope your company knows that having a Technician like you working there will bring them more work by word of mouth, because I will tell eveyone I know about my experience and they will be calling Rooter Hero if a issue ever arises. From a old Veteran I want to say, Thanks for your sevice.

We made a late afternoon call to Roto Hero for our plumbing issue. And Evan showed up, did everything to resolve the issue that evening but although he was unable he ensured that we would have access to our only bathroom through the evening.
He showed up the next day on time (well about 5-10min early) took care of our issue. Evan was professionalism, personable and more importantly resolved our issue. Just waiting on his supervisor to provide us with a quote for additional plumbing services that we need to plan for after the Thanksgiving holiday. Great job hiring Evan Roto Hero!

ROOTER HERO repaired my cast iron sewer line to the deteriorated clay pipe, owned by the City Of Redondo Beach. The city should have repaired at sound pipe but, that’s a different story. Rooter Hero did the job very well, allowing the city inspector to sign off on the work.

I give them 5 plus stars. I called Rooter Hero regarding a possible water leak under my home. George came to my home to assess the problem. Upon his assessment, he not only determined that I indeed had leaking pipes, but that I also had a gas leak near the water leak. Yikes! He immediately turned off the gas, for which I am grateful. He determined that I needed to replace all of the original cast iron pipes in my 90 year old home. George and Francisco, showed pictures of the leaks, explained in detail what needed to be done, how they were going to do the job and in terminology that I understood. Needless to say it was major undertaking. There was clean-up needed prior to the start of the project, digging to easily access and replace the new pipes. George and his Crew started the job on Friday and completed the job today. I must add, that they also worked on the weekend. I am very pleased with quality of their work, punctuality and professionalism. They removed all of the old pipes and debris, and left the outdoor area as they found it. I will be using Rooter Hero for all my future plumbing needs. Great customer service. George, Francisco and the Crew, thank you! Job well done!

My water heater pilot went out..he told me it was 3900 for a new water heater. That was bs. First of all they cost 1000 second mine was 2 years old. Third 300 for city permits bs. I just remodeled 3 years ago and the city knows I'm up to code. What you think im dumb because I'm a women. 3rd I found the part cost me 321 and 100 to install. He told me it's 2 weeks to get in. I had 10 people I. My house talk about taking advantage of a single mom.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This company does not stand behind it's work or word...
Art does not tell the truth about the issues...Or the work that has been done or needs to be done...
By the time Art left, the kitchen sink problem was worse than before he came...
The pipe under the sink was not an issue before his arrival...after he left the pipe was leaking like running water....
Art lied and said he went back to repair the pipe...
When I went to verify, it had not been done.... so I called him back and the story changed...
I called the office to complain and ask for someone to come repair the pipe (that was never the issue)...
They send Omar who calls Art and still nothing is repaired....
Spoke with Miguel Tellez (Operations manager) who only seemed to care that Art did not charge me...not the fact that he left my property worse than before he arrived....
Or the fact that he accepted money from tenant and lied about not getting paid at all...
Then I spoke with Lizette (Complaints Manager)....she also reassured me that someone would be coming out to repair the pipe....
It has been another week and I have heard absolutely nothing...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

I would highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing especially Miguel my plumber. He was clear, concise, was patient with my unique situation and explained every detail of the work that was to be done. He followed up with me once the work was done and I just really appreciated his professionalism.
On time; did a good job snaking out my shower drain; took all of 10 min.
BUT, expensive!!!
We needed our main line cleared on an emergency basis. Rooter Hero was able to get to us on a Saturday evening, just hours after I called. Communication from the office about setting the appointment time was very well done. The technician who came out was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and quickly got our main line cleared. I'm very happy with the service we received.

I had to call to several places that were going to take a few days. But my toilet wasn't working and I needed somebody to come by to fix it today. I ended up calling this company and they sent somebody over within a few hours and told me the various things that could possibly be wrong and what it would cost and we started with the most obvious and the lowest cost and that solved the problem. The serviceman was very friendly and helpful and good humored.

Had a plumber by the name of Ezra try to steal money from me after calling to verify that the visit was free he accused me of trying to get him fired! I told him he's going to get himself fired for lying to customers about the service fee! Asv he is very dishonest and didn't do anything but look at the problem he has since been reported to company of his misconduct the company was apologetic and refunded me what Ezra tried to steal so I would refer them to people just make sure they don't send Ezra to your home because he's shady and will try to steal your money!

Rudy worked hard on this project and cleaned up the front yard very well.
A good job was done on replacing my pipes.
The only thing that was a challenge for me is it took 10 weeks for the final inspection.
But everything turned out okay.

My kitchen drain was backing up, and could not be fixed with a plunger or a snake. Turns out, the entire system under our house was rotting away! They showed me video so I could see what was going on, and replaced everything for what was (hopefully) a fair price. They were very conscientious and started work immediately, working late into the night to make sure everything was perfect and our inconvenience was minimized. Even though it cost a ton of money for this major fix, they were upfront and good communicators throughout the process. I came to trust them, particularly hard-working plumber Greg Carranza. Such a nice guy! Give him a raise, Rooter Hero! He deserves it.
They tried to unclog the bathroom sink and had to crawl under the house and found three leaks Their boss came up with several scenarios of pricing explaining everything in each price range. They did not pressure us but left it up to us.. This team was exceptional explaining each step as they went. They put plastic coverings in all areas, wore shoe coverings and masks keeping with consideration to Covid 19. They were considerate and well mannered and cleaned up when they were done. We definitely would recommend their company to friends.

Frustrating experience with Rooter Hero... came out to diagnose backup, flushed system and claimed they fixed the problem. Sewage backed up again, into the house, then diagnosed that they needed to dig to main line for significant $, then after they dug up and cut into main line found nothing and wasn't until I pushed them to do cameras throughout the entire system they found the obstruction in a completely different section of pipe. Ended up fixing the problem but could have been much more diligent in diagnosing the first time and could have prevented several days work that was done unnecessarily for lots of $$. Won't use them again.
My Techs were David Moreno, John Alex, Humberto and Anthony and each one of them was a delight to have around. Very professional, courteous knowledgeable and very clear about what they were doing and what my choices were. I would highly recommend this very talented and trustworthy team!!!!
My Repair Tech Ernest did a great job. Very professional, explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. Confirmation emails and status updates on when the Tech would be arriving. Great experience.
David was professional and polite. He got straight to work. Our tub was clogged. A different private company tried unclogging the tub before and gave up and left. David tried multiple methods to unclog the tub and was transparent in what he was doing. He eventually did unclog the tub. He did nice and tidy work. Everything was relatively quick. The experience outstanding. Give David 5 stars!

Jose did a great job in resolving a drainage problem quickly and thoroughly.
We had new toilets installed by via Lowes installation service. What a huge mistake that was; a few hours after they left we found that one the toilets was rocking on its base and leaking from the bottom. We had used Rooter Hero before and had a great experience with them previously, so I called them for emergency service. Omar Mendoza from Rooter Hero saved our night by coming out in the middle of the night and taking the time and care to make sure the job was done right! We agreed that from now on we will only be using Rooter Hero for our plumbing needs. Totally worth every penny!

The service person was very competent, helpful and professional. He completed a temporary fix to get water back on the same day and returned the next with necessary parts to complete a permanent fix. The only drawback was the cost which I felt was excessive considering the simple parts required and the time it took to complete the repair.

Don’t use Rooter Hero. They steal your money and don’t honor agreements. I had them come and fix the kitchen sewer pipe and as part of the agreement they were also paid to install a garbage disposal which had a 10 year warranty. On year 4 of 10 year warranty the disposal came loose and fell due to a bad install. I called around 8 am and was told by customer service that the disposal will be fixed with no charges and that a dispatcher will call me in 30 minutes. 10:30 am rolls around no call from the dispatcher. I called an additional 4 times in 2 hour increments and customer service apologized and said that a manager will call me. I get a call around 4 pm from a manager who told me that a technician is coming in the next hour. 7 pm comes around and no technician. I called the next day and got the same go around. No dispatcher call. Once they take your money, they'll break the agreement and ignore you when they can't make another buck off you. They don’t honor agreements, poor customer service and thieves that will rip you off.
Got a new dishwasher today. The water turn off for the dishwasher got stuck which led to other complications. Nick spent all the time that was needed to make sure everything worked and nothing leaked. Arrived here in no time. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things here; we had a clogged drain that turned out to be a broken pipe and a full-on sewer line replacement over Labor Day weekend with no other service able to come out. Dispatch answered immediately, andJon was at our place pronto and quickly discovered it was a serious issue, then called in Robert to break the news. He walked us through a detailed breakdown of the issue and our options, and could not have been better. We had a full sewer line replacement, and the crew of 5 or 6 were there the next day and cranked it out. They were sweet with our kids, they talked to our little dog, and they even replaced two drains in our tub/showers that had always been sticky after I just joked about them. Always masked, boots on, protective tape ; they even invited us to watch the pipe go in which is quite a feat of engineering. I'd give 10 stars if I could ! I had a leak in my drain on Dec 26th. George was the first one on site and quickly discovered that my main line was clogged. After unclogging it and doing further inspection my main line was in poor condition and needed to be felines. Throughout the whole process George spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions and trying to help me out on certain aspects. I feel like I went to the plumbing university! In the end my problem was fixed, George was so dedicated he was still working in the house on Dec31st at 8pm! If that's not a great plumber, I don't know what is!

I live in an older house a the plumbing has some issues. This Friday the kitchen drain was clogged. I found rooter hero online and noticed that the had a special rate and the were licensed.
It was easy to schedule an appointment and Eric showed up on time in less than 1 hour. He was very pleasant and was neatly dressed. He got right to work. Unfortunately my drain lines were very clogged up. Eric called another service supervisor, Mathew, and he ran a camera into the line. Needless to say the drain was completely closed.
We talked about options and decided to get the lines pressure cleaned. That did the trick In about 1 hour all the lines were cleaned and running better than ever.
The price was reasonable. The guys were professional, courteous, and did a first rate job. I would highly recommend Rooter Hero

Great job done in my home by a very well experienced polite young man. Would be more than happy to reach back out for any of my future needs.
Water softener pre-filter canister cracked and leaked water. Bypass only applied to water softener not the pre-filter due to the odd setup when done back in 2004 with another company. So, only option to avoid leak is to either replace the pre-filter or remove it. Decided to remove the pre-filter since it can't be replaced until 2 weeks out availability with a company licensed to service the brand of water softener system. Called Rooter Hero and customer service spoke kindly and listened to me explain the issue. He also answered all my questions without hesitation. I like the fact that company was honest on timing expectations which allowed me to trust that waiting until the morning to have the issue fixed was reasonable and best solution since we needed to keep the water off (crack kept growing). Nick showed up on-time and very nice and thorough with explanations. Took only 30 minutes from start to finish which included him leaving to get parts to install a copper pipe after removing the broken pre-filter. Wished cost could have been lower, but I do feel it was worth it, as it was considered an emergency in my book. Good job Rooter Hero Plumbing!

Once in a blue moon you meet an amazing human being who shows up in the form of a plumber! That fortune happened to me when I met George Delgado of “Rooter Hero” and a hero he was, indeedy!
With two toilets and a tub backed up, we called five plumbers and “Rooter Hero” was the first to respond (a first responder, if you will) and saved the day! George was super amicable and easy-going throughout. His grounded and humorous demeanor (a perfect combination when things feel a bit urgent) buoyed our experience throughout. He thoroughly examined two clean out drains and unclogged them effortlessly. He also dove into the crawlspace and discovered three leaks AND the source of the clog in the sewer’s main line.
George diligently explained in real time using his cctv camera where the problem areas were and drafted two comprehensive action plans on how to tackle both short and long term issues. Having both estimates really helped us how to best move forward!
Seriously, I couldn’t have asked or dreamed up a better plumbing technician than George Delgado. If I could give the guy 10 stars I would; or simply look up at the night sky and appreciate the constellation above. That’s George Delgado for ya!

The kitchen drain was clogged. Julio was the technician on call. He cleared the blockage and replaced a section of old pipe. He is professional, polite, wore mask, and kept the work site clean after he finished the job.
We were recommended to replace all the pipes since it is an old apartment but we are not ready to do this big job. We would use Rooter Hero in the future when we have the fund to do the replacement.

Eddie arrived punctually, at the time which was quoted by the company. He was very friendly and respectful . They were to arrive before 5:00 but over booked for the day and didn’t notify me in time , so I’d have the option to call another plumber. So they didn’t arrive till 10:00pm at night. Continued service the next day with my issue. Mike showed up on time. Unclogged the drain and even went out of his way to inspect the same pipes under the house. At a time when things looked pretty bad. These guys came right away assessed the situation explained in detail what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. I had alot of confidence in them as we used their service before. Was worried about the cost as it was a big job but they also help you finance. They answer any and all questions you might have and are very professional. Yes I would definitely recommend them to others.
My shower was not turning off due to a bad valve stem, I called several plumbers to come out right away, and Rooter Hero was the only responsive one. They came out quick and evaluated the situation and found the cold water shut off valve to stop half the water flow, the hot water was inaccessible so the tech said he’d need to come back and have his field manager give a quote. At this point the shower was not flowing like before but still a steady stream. Upon leaving, the tech said he’d have his manager call me to schedule a return visit and quote. At 7am the following morning I woke up to 3 missed calls from a random number and a voicemail saying it was the field manager at the lobby of the building trying to get in for the repair?? Who shows up unannounced that early with no prior appointment or follow up. I call the number back and got a call center dispatcher that said she’d call the tech to schedule a return visit. After 3 days of not returning my call and getting a different dispatcher every time I called in, I ended up having to find another plumber. Really like the initial prompt response but terrible follow up or resolution from Rooter Hero.

I was having a problem clearing my kitchen sink drain pipes. It was cracked and sand comes out of it when I do the rooter. I called them thru Val Pak coupon and they responded right away. Send Leo within a couple of hours. We talked and he explained to me what my options are. He brought in hydrjet and camera, but unfortunately it wont clear out completely. So I decided to go for a full replacement of the pipe by creating a new drain line. I didn’t bother to use the same layout which will tear out concrete over my front door hallway and inside the garage.
The work started Saturday even Sunday digging out trenches. By Monday, they started to bore under my driveway and tapped into the main line and layout he pipes on the trenches. I liked that Leo contacted me after hours to confirm what they did and my feedback. We agreed on a few tweaks on the pipes and I’m glad that he listened to my suggestions.
On the fourth day they finished by replacing all the dirt, repair the broken sprinkler pipes, covered the stucco from the sink and patch the grass layer that was removed. Easily the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Called rooter hero because a urinal at our business was backed up, we had a technician, Jaime Hernandez, on site within 3 hours. It ended up being a more complicated and expensive fix (he had to remove, snake, and remount the urinal), but Jaime tried everything he could to address the issue before progressing to the more expensive option. Finished product looks nicer than it did when he got here and the entire restroom is draining faster than before. Jaime was extremely friendly, professional and provided me with lots of good information. He is a credit to your company. Highly recommended.

The service was very slow. It toke the crew five days to do what they said they would have done in two days, three at the most. Not a lot of communication and a lot of lies on there end. We’ve told them from the beginning and during the work, if there’s anything wrong or if it’s going to take longer then what was said, let us know right away. Nope, they wait until the last possible time to say if anything at all. They did not have enough guys on the job to get it done on time. Not waste your time and money with them like we did !!

I called Rooter Hero bc I was having issues with my toilet. The company sent out a gentleman by the name of Art C. Sr. He was very professional and always kept me in the loop. I will definitely call them back and hope their team is as great as Art Sr.
Great initial service but a day later it turned out he didn’t complete the job. It was a simple draining and he pushed the clog to another unit and wouldn’t do anything about it. The work a plumber does shouldn’t affect another persons pipes. Their ad said they work 75ft and he only went 10.

I was extremely impressed. I called two other plumbers first, and felt the quote was too high. I felt uneasy about them as well. Rooter Hero was awesome. A gal answered, very professional. They could come here the same day. It was fixed within about an hour, and for a VERY reasonable price. The gentleman that did the work, Tony, was beyond nice. He is a gem. Absolute worst! Complete Scam! 1st time called to schedule a toilet install was given time 9-11 did not show up until 2 and after several follow up calls I made to see if someone was going to show up. I paid $300 for this service. Then a few weeks later it started leaking called to have it fixed with the same schedule 9-11 i started calling them at 11 to see if someone was going to show up. Again this is to fix someone they did wrong. after several calls and asking to speak to a manager no one ever called me back! then someone showed up at 2. After all that the plumber flushed the toilet once saw the leak and checked under my house and said it was leaking pipe and the job would cost 8Gs and that I should do it quick because it would become a bigger issue. Oh and that the estimate was only good for a couple days. he never actually removed the toilet to reset it. I told him I would get a 2nd opinion because of the cost. Had a different company come out they reset the toilet stated it wasn't installed correctly they also checked under my house and there was no leak. I paid $175 to have the install redone. It's been a couple weeks now with no call from the manger no estimate for the work. I am NEVER using rooter heroes again complete disregard for people's time and money. They are thieves stealing people's money for jobs they don't do right or care to fix!
The technicians were prompt , professional, competent, responsive and courteous. Juan and Nick checked in with us regularly and promptly about our concerns. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on time.

Scott assessed the problem quickly and began the job immediately. He and his crew were reliable and professional. We had a major problem but Scott completed the repair quickly and my wife and I are confident that the job was done right. It was a messy job but they were very good about cleaning it up.
Rooter Hero was responsive in a short window of time (same day), for my request to have a plumber come to my home. The plumber Larry was professional and had knowledge about my plumbing needs as it related to the poor drainage, that I had in my bathtub and bathroom sink. He got the job done quickly & efficiently. The technician, Leo Deleon Artiga, that came to our home today was able to open the bathtub drain a bit and was apologetic and did not charge the full service fee. After sixty years of reliable service the drain pipe is so corroded that it needs to be replaced. Me. Artiga explained exactly what has happened and offered to call and get a quote for replacement of the pipe. Disappointed but not surprised in this old house. Not disappointed with the technician who worked diligently and was knowledgeable.

David did a good job unclogging the dirt in 2 of my bath tubs he inspected the outlet outside to make sure that the clog is in the bathtub pipe and not the central pipe, he also clean up after he was done, he is very polite and very professional, I will definitely call again to fix my other plumbing problems

We called Rooter Hero Plumbing to unclog a toilet. The technician told us he needs to sent a camera to find out what the problem is. The charge was $285. After he sent the camera he said he needs to use another device to try to unclog it which would cost around $1200. That is when we asked him to leave!
So, we paid $285 for nothing! I called their dispatcher again and explained the situation. All she was able to offer was “I’m sorry.”

Rooter Hero was literally the only place that could commit to sending a plumber out this evening. I spent an hour calling a number of companies, including 24 hour plumbing service providers. HAD 2 PLUMBERS DO THE WORK. NOT LISTED were Marco and Alberto. One faucet could not be fixed without risk. Two were fixed with better handles. Other work was satisfactory. Alberto was to return to some patching of wood. This had to be cut to get at the pipe.

I had a gas leak under my house and the gas company asked that I call a plumber. I found Rooter Hero online. I called and they answered and sent someone out right away.

Jeff was great. We thought we had a regular clog, turned out the tree in the front yard had infiltrated the 40 year old sewer line and filled it with roots and cracked all the joints. Jeff showed us everything that was going on, and while it was an expensive repair, the price was competative. The team was fast, polite, professional and we have a new sewer line to the city connection. Would absolutely recommend these folks.

Had a stoppage just past the p-trap, but not in the main line. Price went from $77 to $177, before the plumber got in the front door. Plumber then tried to upsell me a $600 cleaning.
Update: Got a second opinion. The second plumber came. In under 30 minutes, the drain was cleared. No $600 bill.
While the company is probably okay, the technician that we got definitely was not okay. Just beware.

When we called tthe company. There were there with in 35 mins to help us turn the water off at the main valve and then fix the problem with our outside leak from the outside faucet. Jim was great knew what he was doing and was courteous and friendly.

After the plumber arrived he didn’t do the roto rooter since he could not get the outside cleanup cap off but quoted $700 for repair that couldn’t be performed til next day. We couldn’t wait until next day and chose a different way of solving the clog.

Called at 8am Daniel was there by 9:15am. Daniel was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. They had a coupon for $77.00 to snake the drain. I called another company that had 5 stars on Yelp, they said they would get back to mewhen they could arrive and they estimated $175.00. Shady false diagnosis @ my father's house. Told us pipes in front of house were offset causing backup. We might as well clear sewer pipe entire way to street ($20k). You gotta be kidding...stop. got new plumber who found backup was actually in house. What a scam attempt! Had to give 1 star to post (zero is my rating)
Just asked them for an on-site consultation. Tech came in with mask and shoe covers. Identified the possible issue. Didn't schedule the fix due to other factors. May consider them when time permits.

Poor job clearing a sewer line. Their plumber said that it was better to not use a cutter/blade on the end of the snake because if you cut the roots out of the line, they will grow back even faster, just like cutting hair. (...yeah, well the best plumbers I've hired over the past 20 years all removed roots when they clogged sewar lines.) Also, a week before writing this review, I sent them a note AND called asking that a representative of Rooter Hero call me. Crickets. Find another company who will do the job right and won't try to upsell you, and who will get someone in authority to call when you ask. This company failed on all 3 counts.

For a simple 5 min clogged toilet, they charged me 165.00. This is far to expensive. So be aware before using them.

Our tech, Jordan was great. Quick and efficient. He found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price, then checked the system. I'm very happy.
Frank Perez did a great job explaining the work that needs to be done. He was polite and very professional.
Technician sabotaged system and tried to sell us a new one. He then had a repair estimate of about $9,000 marked misc. When I called another repair company, the new company found and fixed the sabotage (it wasn't something that would just happen) and fixed the original problem for about $1500. These people are cheats and dishonest.

The tech that visited me Eddie was very professional and forthright with me. He explained the problem in detail and told me what the cost would be before he did anything. Unfortunately right now I could not do anything but the tech himself was great.
Friendly, professional and got the job done
I called them because I needed immediate (or as close as possible) service and their Google ad said they were open 24/7. Well long story short, They were unable to come the night I called, but didn't let me know this until I called them at midnight (my window was between 10pm & 12:00.) Once they got here (at 11:15am the next day,) the service was fantastic. Jose had my toilet working within 15 or 20 minutes. He quoted me $212.00, but I told him I was taking advantage of their $77.00 special, and verified it when I made the appointment. He charged me $80.00, which was fine with me.
Jose Luna preformed great quality service. He was very professional with his work.
Only company I would use! Very helpful and came within 30 min at 10pm when I called. Tommy falcon was such a big help. I appreciate everything they did. Definitely would recommend.
