Best Tank Water Heater in Los Angeles CA
Jake came back to our house several times to troubleshoot a gas / hot water heater problem we've been having, and went the extra mile to figure out what was going on. Much appreciated.

We scheduled an appointment with John's Plumbing to get an estimate for a couple of non-emergency issues including water heater replacement and faucet installation. The price was fair and we decided to go with them. Plumbers were working fast and completed all the work within one day. I would recommend Johns plumbing to everyone.

We quickly contacted this plumber when we had a clogged sink, shower temperature issues, and waterfall shower head that wasn't working. The technicians were able to repair all the issues in a short period of time and at a very reasonable price. I recommend their services.

Adriàn Camacho from GR Plumbing and Rooter arrived on schedule and solved our sump pump problem expertly and quickly. Additionally, I watched as he told me what, and why he was doing all the things he deemed necessary. I felt I received a really good education as he worked, and that meant a lot to me. Thanks Adriàn!

We had a leak in our water heater on a weekend and they came out immediately to assess the issue and replaced it the next morning. They also came back to fix a faucet a separate time. They're wonderful to deal with and extremely professional.

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! Thank you, Leonard!

I give my thanks to Santiago and his team of Dino and Johnny. These guys braved the underworld that I dare not breach, and they discovered and exorcised the fear I felt to be true.
What I thought was going to be simple snake whipping due to some careless grease handling ultimately uncovered the true health of the house, and the outlook was severe. I was told of a whole host of issues that went well beyond my initial reason for calling. I didn't completely understand it at the time, but when Santiago runs a high powered snake through the lines, then comes back with a commercial grade snake and still can't make it all the way through the system, paramedics were needed. Enter Dino and Johnny. After a careful tag team mapping of the landscape, a medical plan was set and supplies needed to be gathered.
On the next day, I wished them luck on their underground adventure. Come to find out that if this house was a person, it would have been in cardiac arrest ten times over. These guys cut and sliced and chopped whole extensions of pipe that had been encrusted what I can only describe as 'gutter cheese.' At one point, I went out to check on them as I heard some discussion. Admittedly, I felt a bit underdressed in my Hawaiian shirt and shorts while these guys were in full body onesies and gas masks. They were fine, and I let the pros do what they do. The pipe transplant took a whole days work, and in the end, I'm back to being able to do those simple things that I take for granted that are so important in daily life. When water starts filling your sink while using the washing machine, one cannot help but to freak out.
The task at hand looked to be the result of deterioration and build up over time, and no amount of baking soda and vinegar was going to clear that mess.
Was it expensive? Yes. It ended up becoming a major project.
Was it overpriced? Absolutely not. It was worth every penny.
Hats off to team SDJ. You guys saved my sanity. Another gem of Culver City.

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, and Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company of Los Angeles sent Harvey out right away. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and he fixed the problem in no time flat. He was also very courteous and professional, and the prices were great. We will definitely be calling them again in the future.

These guys were awesome. They came to our house this morning for some plumbing issues in my kitchen and bathroom. They were clean, professional and meticulous to detail and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Price was on the low end of the estimate. A great service experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely recommend Micel Plumber.

Miguel was great - explained the problem clearly to me, helped me understand what he was going to do to fix it, showed me where my condo's shutoff valve was (which I was told that we didn't have one), and even helped with a few other things that were above and beyond what he was called out here to do. Would recommend and would use them again any time!

Edgar and Guadalupe were very professional and courteous. They were able to identify and locate the pinhole leak in the ceiling and repair.
They also recommended a pressure regulator be installed since the water pressure was at 90psi. They said the estimate would be sent via email however I have not received it.

Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do. Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done. Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious. Would definitely recommend to others.
